Sothe blinks, " well, i can go try and find something else... maybe some sweets, you really need to pack some calories in, i can literally see you losing weight."


Ike chuckles softly, " okay, well i guess this is the way to go. im sure once i tell Aria we can add some other stuff to make it more nutritious instead of my pure meat concoction." once the cup is empty he pulls it away, " wow, you really drained that."

Link watches the cup being pulled away and he lets out a soft exhale.

Kira blinks, "Shit yeah getting him to take his broth would get so much easier if he took them like that stuff."

Zelda rubs her arm and frowns, "I dont want to make you go all that way. Bread has plenty of carbs and protein can be found in nuts."

Ike nods, " i'll go talk to Aria. pretty sure you can hide just about anything in that smokey taste." He gets up, " i'll be back, hopefully we can work that as being a regular base for his meals since he's enjoying it." he hustles off to the nurses office to find Aria.

Sothe shrugs, " i'll go get some sweets and stuff with nuts then. you nibble on the fruit for now." he heads to the town to find a bakery. He soon finds one and shows off the token before getting a variety of cookies and bars, and a walnut honey cake for Zelda. he heads back with his arms full, getting back to the room before long and setting his finds down, " here, high calorie, lots of carbs, and most have nuts in them for protein."

Zelda salivates as she stares at the baked goods, "oh my gosh..."

Aria jots down some information on her pad of paper, sighing softly

Sothe chuckles and cuts a slice of the walnut honey cake, putting that in front of her, " eat."

Ike knocks gently, " hey? wanted to talk to you if you had a minute."

Aria looks over and smiles, "i have plenty of time. Come on in."

Zelda nods and grabs a fork, quickly eating the cake slice

Ike goes over and sits across from her, " alright, so evidently you guys have been having some trouble getting him to drink broth right? the gal in there right now had him totally just open his mouth and let beef broth spill out of his mouth. well, i just took his favorite meat, made a broth from it, and he totally slurped that down. pretty sure with the smokey taste of it, you could hide just about anything in there to get him to drink it."

Sothe watches and nods, taking a cookie and nibbling on it, " what else do you want to try? we've got white chocolate macadamia cookies, peanuts butter with chocolate chip cookies, there's caramel nut bars, i tried to get a good variety."

Zelda looks up, one cheek bulging out from the cake, "caramel?"

Aria blinks and nods, "We... have been having a little bit of difficulty...but as long as you hold his mouth close he will eventually drink it.... But, it would be easier if he actually drank it. If I can be supplied the meat I can easily make it more nutritious for him."

Sothe chuckles softly and pulls out one of the bars, setting it on her plate.

Ike chuckles, " well he just about inhaled the broth i gave him, i can easily get more of the meat im sure. i've got some in the kitchen cooking for broth, if you want to work with that. But yeah i can go ahead and go get some more of the stuff today yet so we can keep him supplied."

Aria nods, "That would be greatly appreciated."

Zelda finishes her cake before grabbing the bar and starts munching on it

Ike nods and gets up, " i'll be back shortly then." he heads out to Tergo's stall, not sure if he'd be there this late or not but figuring it'd be a good first place to check.

Sothe smiles as he watches her eat, " well, if this is what it takes to keep you from losing anymore weight i'll have to make sure to keep you supplied."

Tergo is just starting to pack up his stall, glancing at ike, "what brings you here?"

Zelda finishes the bar and sighs, "How weird to actually be worried about how thin i am. "

Ike smiles, " well looks like your cooking comes to the rescue again. Links been stubborn about eating, but i made something resembling a broth out of your skewers, and he downed that like it was ambrosia. so if you could supply me with some more, they'll actually be able to make a healthy meal he actually enjoy and won;t spit out when they turn their back to him."

Sothe snorts, " thin is nice, skeletal not so much."

Zelda keeps eating more sweets, "Yeah but i used to not be allowed to eat sweets like this. It's kinda nice."

Tergo sighs and goes through his things, "I suppose I do have a few left over that didnt sell. You can take them. I'll have more in the morning but if I could be paid for the morning skewers that'd be nice. As much as I would love to just give them to you guys since it's for link I do need to feed my family too."

Sothe sighs, " well you can eat as many sweets with me as you like. i don;t really care."

Ike nods, " absolutely. you do know zelda would be more than happy to pay for all of the ones i've gotten from you so far right? even these ones that aren;t as fresh she'd be happy to pay full price."
