Ike nods, " well, there's no rule that says the library closes at night, we can go then when fewer people are around."

[MissyLooni]

Soren nods, "that is true. and i suppose if i get desperate i can just send you to the library."

Ike nods, " im sure if i grab enough i can manage to get a couple that'll interest you. i'll just go shelf by shelf and grab a stack at a time. work my way through them all." he laughs softly.

[MissyLooni]

soren snorts and heads up the stairs, "that is a viable if not tedious option."

[Namari]

Ike grins, " hey, gotta work with what i got. and what i got, is a strong back and a stubborn will."

[MissyLooni]

Soren smiles softly, "And a big heart. dont forget about that."

[Namari]

Ike smiles, " well yes, though that hardly has anything to do with our current situation."

[MissyLooni]

"Sure is does. Only someone as kind as you would be willing to do all of this work just to help me."

[Namari]

Ike sighs, " well that and i still feel guilty that you're in this situation to begin with. had i been more aware..."

[MissyLooni]

Soren gets to his room and opens the door for ike, "Ah yes well, to be fair I am also at fault. I havent been as aggressive with my elemental tactics as I can be but its so much easier to use everything I've got when I know that a soldier isnt going to be in the way. our men back home know what I am capable of so they usually stay clear while... these.... for the lack of a better word, soldiers,  will just throw themselves at any enemy they see as if it is personal. I'd hate to hurt one of them so I have been using smaller, more controlled attacks."

Ike hums, " i never thought of that. well im certainly not letting you join the battle in your current condition, but if we happen to need to fight once it's said and done... well i'll bring you out to work with the men so we can get them aware of your method of fighting and the need to stay clear."

[MissyLooni]

Soren snorts, "tell them that if they dont want to become one with a tornado they should get the heck out of my way." He goes into his room and sits down on his bed, sighing.

[Namari]

Ike laughs, " well apparently all we need to do is shove a potion down their throat and they'll be fine anyway." he sets the stack of books on the table, " here we go. heck, we can go again tomorrow to get another and build you a backlog of books for when you decide to stay in your room."

[MissyLooni]

Soren chuckles, "yeah? sounds like a plan. I think i would prefer to hide in this room once people start asking me weird questions. for now im just  kind of dizzy today. "

Ike nods, " fair. plus you've already had your exercise and we don;t want you to push it. should i try and get you something to eat?"
