Soren nods, "if you could that would be great. Thank you."

Ike nods and heads to the mess hall, gathering a tray of Soren's favorites and a tray of food for himself as well. He carries them back and passes Sorens tray to him before sitting with his own.

Soren takes his tray from ike, "Thanks." he takes a nibble to test whether he would like some of the foods and when they agree with him he starts actually eating, "So, you told me you talk to a sword today. I'm guessing since the only crazy sword i've heard of around here is links sword then thats the one you talked to, am i right?"

[Namari]

Ike nods, chewing the roll he'd shoved into his mouth and swallowing before he responds, " the one and only. can't say we got the answers i'd hoped for, but a temporary solution to his issue is better than nothing."

[MissyLooni]

Soren hums softly, "intriguing. I wonder if that means the spirit is the sword itself. That would also explain why only the hero can wield it, although that makes me all the more curious as to why it allows you to also hold it."

[Namari]

Ike nods, " seems to be. and i don;t know, i just know it seems to tolerate me. though i doubt it'd tolerate me trying to wield it."

[MissyLooni]

Soren nods, "more than likely. I wonder if the sword gets lonely then. It was in the pedestal for a long time so i cant help but wonder if it always waits that long in between heroes."

[Namari]

Ike shrugs, " i have no idea, and frankly i was too freaked out by 'voice in my head that's a sword' to ask about it's personal life."

[MissyLooni]

Soren chuckles, "sorry, it was my own thought process. Although you can talk to it again, right?"

[Namari]

Ike nods, " presumably. we have to be in a special place and both me and Link be holding onto it but i'd think it'd talk with us again."

[MissyLooni]

Soren nods, "That sounds like a fairytale make believe thing for sure. this whole world is nothing short of a fairytale book. ah but im sounding like a jester with no more jokes. just repeating the same boring drab that everyone already knows."

Ike chuckles, " it happens. this place is a lot to take in." he takes a big bite of food and chews happily.

Soren nods,  "indeed. Always something new to discover with this place..." he takes a few bites of his food

Ike nods and digs into his meal, not wanting it to get cold. He shovels the food down, it'd been a long day and he was hungry.

Soren takes a few more bites from his tray before focusing more on his water, knowing he needs to stay hydrated as well, "Thank you for getting me food, i still cant believe how much food my body has been needing. even with eating for two the amount is ridiculous."
