Link yawns, "food." He pushes himself to the edge of his bed.

(Lol wasnt a bad sigh. More like a, i have to choose between sleep and food sigh)

Ike chuckles and gets up, placing a piece of paper in the book to mark his spot before closing it, " food it is."

Link gets his boots on along with all of his stuff. He straightens out his bed before going over to his window and checking its still locked. Satisfied, he grabs his key and goes over to the door, waiting for ike.

Ike puts his own boots back on, leaving his other stuff in the room as he follows Link out of the room.

Once ike is out link shuts his door and locks it. He tests the lock and nods before heading to the mess hall

Once in the mess hall Ike goes to the cold storage and grabs two skewers for Link, tossing them in a pan to heat them up quick. once that's done he hands it to Link and fills a plate for himself, " want to head back to your room to eat? or want to eat here?"

Link blinks and looks at ike. He glances around at the large amount of soldiers and workers in the mess hall and grimaces slightly before looking at ike.

Ike chuckles, "your room it is then." he carries his tray back out of the mess hall to to Links room, waiting for him to unlock it to let him in.

link carries his tray of fruits and veggies and when he gets back to his room he holds the tray with one hand, using the other to make sure the door is still locked before grabbing his key and unlocking it, opening the door for ike.

Ike heads into the room and takes a seat, digging into his meal with gusto.

Link locks his door and sets his tray on the table before doing his routine of checking everything in his room before going to the table and sitting down

Ike ignores the heros routine and just eats, soon emptying his plate and sighing in contentment. " ah, for a mess hall they make pretty decent food. better than the crap we used to eat on campaign. might have done what it needed to but i wouldn't call it more than subsistence."

Link nods and eats his food, "meat could be better, but to be fair the princess doesnt eat meat so the cooks dont have to hear her complain about it unlike the fruits and vegetables."

Ike chuckles, " fair enough. well im not going to complain, it's decent grub." he sits back, relaxing with his now full stomach.

Link finishes his small meal and looks at Ike, "What do you want to do now? I'm more than likely not gonna sleep so you're free to leave."
