Link slowly turns his head to look at ike, his eyes wide with his eyebrows raised high, "the fuck kinda therapy did you call that?"

Ike chuckles " exposure. you expose yourself to what affects you until you stop reacting so strongly. the smacking you bit is only because that was the only thing that snapped you out of it."

Link shudders and looks away, "no.  No thank you. I dont.... i dont want to look at that picture again."

[Namari]

Like looks at him seriously, "I know, but would you rather see him and freeze up when the others need you?"

"No! No of course not but-" Link hugs his knees tightly, his eyes beginning to fill with tears, "I don't remember getting up here. I just remember that picture and then- then it was like I was in that cage all over again. I even HEARD him...." He closes his eyes tightly, a tear falling down his cheek.

Ike pulls him into a hug, " i know, i know, that's why we need to work on it. it's not fun, but i don't see any other way to get you over it. it won't simply go away."

Link sniffles and lets Ike pull him into a hug, his body essentially becoming pliant with Ike, "I'm... i'm sorry. I just.... wish I could fight."

Ike sighs, " i know you do. you're doing great, i promise. this shit isn;t easy, just give it time."

Link gives a soft sigh and nods, "Yeah... yeah okay...Thank you for finding me..."

Ike nods, " yeah, no problem. if we fighters don;t look out for each other who will?" he rubs the back of his neck.

Link's eyes flutter every time he tries to keep them open, "I think... we should head inside...."

Ike chuckles softly, " alright, in we go then sleepyhead." he gets up and grasps Links hand to pull him up.

Link uses Ike's hand to help pull himself up. He goes over to the door and opens it up before climbing down the ladder.

Ike follows close behind, keeping an eye on the hero to make sure he doesn;t fall off. He guides the green garbed male to the infirmary and to a bed, " alright, you get some rest got it?"

Link nods and lays down, he mouths a quick thank you to Ike before rolling on to his side and curling up
