Ike glances over, " what's the frown for? if that's not what you want, we'll figure something else out. im sure if you wanted a different room nobody would care if you moved. And i know, but honestly i hate seeing people struggle, i've always been the sort of person to do whatever i can. besides, not like i have much else to do, everything is different here, it's hard to know where to go or what to do. so might as well pester you." he grins.

"....no no its fine. The room is fine... i just... wanted to say thank you... thats all. " link forces himself to smile, "i'm tired so i'm gonna be asleep soon. Night." Link turns to his side so his back is facing ike.

Ike frowns, " well, you're welcome. sleep well." he sighs and lays down facing away from Link, even though he knew they'd likely end up cuddling shortly after they fell asleep.

Once its morning link slowly detaches himself from ike and carefully gets out of bed. Standing up he immediately feels nauseous and he shudders. He knew something bad was going to happen but the fear of not knowing what it exactly was made everything worse. He glanced back at ike, a soft sigh escaping his lips as he looks away. Whatever was to happen he prayed no one else gets involved.
He shakes his head before going over to ike's door and unlocking it, heading to his own room to get changed.

Ike groans as he gets up and looks over, seeing the empty bed next to him, " huh..." he stands and gets dressed, putting his gear on and yawning as he heads to the mess hall.

Link sees the outfit on his desk and sighs, considering the easiest option for the brief moment they have before they need to get traveling, he begins changing in to the sheikah outfit. He makes sure everything fits well and is on properly before heading out to the mess hall.

Ike fills his plate and glances around for Link before taking a seat and starting to eat.

Link enters the mess hall and grabs a tray, ignoring any looks people give him as he fills his tray with a variety of food for once, 'Might as well since i'll need it for the mission...'

Half of the mess hall goes quiet as they watch this unknown female sheikah grab food

Ike notes a bunch of people looking in one direction and looks over, taking a double take as he realizes that's Link. He grabs his tray and walks over, " hey, shall we eat elsewhere where there's not a room full of young men eyeing you up?"

Link looks at ike confused for a brief moment before glancing at everyone, turning bright red, "ah..." he nods and hunches his shoulders.

Ike chuckles, " if it makes you feel better, i think it's mainly the straight guys. so, bonus for the disguise?" he heads out of the mess hall.

Link follows him and sighs, "I just... it was in my room so i figured since it was already available i might as well change once instead of twice right?"

Ike nods, " makes a lot of sense. i can;t blame you especially since we have to get going early anyway." he heads to his room and sits to eat his breakfast.

Link gets to ike's room and sits down, setting his tray full of food on to the table. He pulls his mask down and starts eating

Ike shakes his head, " gotta admit, if i didn;t know you were gonna be wearing that, i'd have never known it was you." he takes a few large bites.
