Ghirahim snorts, " good thing you've only seen the little fucks. like i said, the big guys are way worse." he finishes off his crepe and licks his fingers.

Caleb finishes off his food and sighs, "It's probably for the best that I am no longer dealing with swords..."

Ghirahim chuckles, " not that it'll save you if they do get one of those beasts on the battlefield, they're wicked with a bow and arrow."

[MissyLooni]

Caleb frowns and looks terrified, "i-im good with a bow...i wont die..."

[Namari]

Ghirahim frowns, " of course you won't die, if one of those things shows up i'll take it out. but you should be careful, they often wield lightning arrows or such, and as i said, are wicked with them."

Caleb shudders and whines softly, "will you be okay though? I know you're strong but i dont want you hurt either!"

[Namari]

Ghirahim hesitates, " well it won't be effortless, but i'll manage. im not human after all, i can take a lot more abuse and still survive than you could."

Caleb pouts and takes ghirahim's hand, "i know but... if you're in pain regardless of how much or how severe, i'll feel terrible. I dont want you in pain just as much as you dont want me hurt.  "

Ghirahim freezes, unsure how to act with Caleb so close and being so concerned, " i...well obviously i'll try to avoid getting hurt, it's not as if i enjoy pain..." he looks away, " but im not going to hide either, not when im the best bet of dealing with those things swiftly."

Caleb gives a hesitant nod, "as long as you try.... i will do my best to stay out of danger too, okay?"

Ghirahim nods, " if one of those do show up... don;t shoot at it. that'll only attract it's attention. leave it for me to handle okay?"

Caleb nods, "i'll keep that in mind."

Ghirahim nods, " alright. now...instead of being gloom and doom, why don;t we go back to enjoying our day out?"

Caleb blinks and looks at ghirahim, "ah! Yeah! Sorry!"

Ghirahim chuckles softly at the sudden change and squeezes the hand still holding his, " there's some regular clothes over there, maybe we can find something that'll look good on you. no offense, but it look like some of what you have has seen better days."
