Ike pulls away, " how do you know? you weren't there. im sure the previous heros had people that helped them too! plus this time there's more enemies, Cia pulled past enemies from previous heros times. how can you look at it so coldly? he's a person just like you are, and i wouldn;t treat a monster the way you treat him!"

Aiden flinches and huffs, "Well- thats what we were taught as kids! Not to worry about this kind of things! That the hero has the power to take care of everything!"

Ike huffs, " well im telling you he can't! i don;t get why you can;t seem to understand that. "

Aiden's eyes water and he looks down, "I.... i didnt mean to make you mad..."

Ike turns and growls, " well talking like that is going to make me mad. it tells me you think my friend is weak, and i fight for my friends... i'd better go, i've got work to do." he quickly walks away.

Aiden flinches, "Ah! I-Ike!!" he sees him leave and sniffles softly.

Link and aiden make eye contact and links eyes widen before quickly booking it

Ike heads back to the men, rallying a few and starting a more intense training session.

Link goes to his room and sighs as he lays down on the bed. The journal was right about one thing. This weird shit was really good at making your mind turn into jelly long enough to get tired...

Aiden sniffles and goes to the barracks to cool his head

Ike works through his frustrations training some of the more skilled men, then goes and gets some lunch. He eats alone before heading back out and getting back to work, pushing the men hard.

Link spends most of his day blacking out and coming to every other hour or so, not really eating or drinking much until it begins to get late. He pushes himself up, his head feeling dizzy and groggy as he stumbles to his bathroom, turning on the faucet and drinking the water from his hands before splashing his face a few times. He sighs and turns the water off before drying his face and heading out of the castle to find ike

Ike finishes up with the men and starts looking for Link, smiling when he sees him, " Link! good i thought i'd have to drag you off. lets go get saddled up and get going. we've got to see a man about a sword." he chuckles softly.

Link nods and heads to the stables, grabbing epona

Ike saddles up the horse he'd been using, mounting up and starting down the road towards Oridon.

Link sighs and gets on to epona and follows ike, not really going to enjoy this trip.
