Ike sleeps until early morning and wakes, his internal clock reminding him he promised to be up early. he groans and gets up, getting a quick shower before dressing and heading to Links room.

Ghirahim cracks an eye open as the first morning light wakes him, wondering briefly why they'd left the curtains open before remembering they had a job to do.

Caleb continues to snuggle against ghirahim, his face in the crook of ghirahim's neck helps block out the sun.

Link is already awake, staring outside through his window, his door now open instead of closed

Ghirahim sighs and gently shakes the other, " hey....we gotta get up."

Ike looks in, " oh hey, you're already up. ready to get going?"

Caleb makes a small whine sound as he clings a bit tighter, "i...dont wanna move yet. Im so comfortable."

Link blinks and glances at him, "oh... are we... doing the thing again?"

Ike nods, " i think we should as often as we can. he said evenings and mornings are the best for avoiding...certain persons."


Ghirahim chuckles softly, " same here, but i don't want to be late for my first ever job."

Link frowns and looks back at the window, "fair." He reaches up and grabs the handle of the window, pulling it closed before getting his things together and going over to ike

Caleb's head quickly jerks up and he makes a grumbling sound as he scoots off the bed.

Ike waits patiently and heads out to the stables once they're ready, " well, since your horse seems to have no issues following riderless we'll take two on the way again, and if you're out of it i'll just ride double with you again."

Ghirahim gets up and sighs, washing his face quick before getting dressed, " too early for this crap... at least it'll be fast. if they've got their shit together it'll probably be like, half an hour. then we can come back and sleep."

Caleb nods and starts getting ready, "yeah that'll be nice."

Link follows ike and blushes, "wait-what? Again?!"

Ike looks back and raises an eyebrow, " you literally fell asleep in my arms, i brought you back and carried you to your bed. how did you think you got back?"

Ghirahim yawns, " the longest part will be getting there. we have a little bit of a walk.

Caleb smiles,  "that's fine. A nice walk with you is always a nice thing. "

Links face turns even more red and he stammers slightly,  "i uh- i guess- uh... ye-yeah you uh.  You have a very good point..."

Ghirahim sighs, " walking with you, fine, walking in general? overrated. anyway, you ready?"


Ike chuckles, " don;t worry, i've got your back. it's not a big deal. come on, lets go."

Caleb finishes getting ready before smiling at ghirahim, "ready~!"

Link clears his throat and nods, heading to the stables and grabbing epona

Ghirahim grabs him and teleports them to Zeldas office, knocking on the door, " im not sure if we have to check in with her first or not, but that's what im going with."

Ike saddles up his gelding and mounts up, heading towards Oridon.

Epona happily follows, enjoying the walk

Zelda had just entered her office and had yet to sit down when the she hears the door. She walks over to it and opens it, "good morning~! I actually just came from the shipping room to ensure everything was ready."

Ike guides his horse silently, yawning.

Ghirahim blinks, " ah. and... is it ready? are we ready to go?"
