Ghirahim snorts, " as if i'd deny you cuddling if you wanted it. i was getting worried that i took too much energy. you should probably get dressed before you see your brother."

Caleb rubs the back of his head, "sorry." He gets up and dresses himself before giving ghirahim a soft kiss on the cheek

Ghirahim blushes, " it's... it's okay. im here if you need me..." he sighs and waits on the bed, hoping to overhear their conversation.

[MissyLooni]

Caleb smiles and nods before heading out and closing the door behind him before looking at aiden, "what's up? "

Aiden scratches the back of his head and sighs, "i... i know ive been acting like an ass.... "

Caleb raises an eyebrow, but makes no verbal comment.

"I really miss you... i miss hanging out with you and i... i dont like not having you around. You're my only family left and my best friend."

Caleb leans against the wall and crosses his arms, "go back to the part where you were admitting you are an ass."

Aiden sighs, "yeah i deserve that too... look... i just... i wanted to say im sorry. Im just... scared. Scared that he would get you hurt or take you away from me... i dont know what i would do if i didnt have you in my life."

Caleb sighs, "the only one who was doing that was you with your attitude."

"Yeah.... yeah no i got that. But... how do you know that he really wont hurt you? You cant see in to the future."

Caleb blinks and hums, "hmm well you're right, i cant see in to the future, however i was told by someone a long time ago that if you want to make a relationship work with someone you really like then you have to trust them and you have to give that person a reason to trust you. So im going to trust that ghirahim will keep me safe and happy since thats what i also want for him. He has yet to give me a reason to believe otherwise."

Aiden sighs softly, "id call the person who gave you that advice an idiot if it werent for the fact that i knew it was me... i am really sorry. I want you to know that. Im going to... try to be kinder to him for your sake."

Caleb blinks and nods, "i believe you. I can tell when you're lying and this isnt one of those times. If you really want to prove that you're going to try then your first act of kindness will be to apologize to him. He's the one who deserves it more than me. "

Aiden pales slightly,  "...now? "

Caleb huffs

Aiden rubs his face,  "alright,  alright. I'll.... apologize to him. "

Ghirahom blinks as he hears the conversation, getting up and going over, " everything okay Caleb?"

Caleb nods, "i'm fine. Aiden has something he wants to say to you."

Aiden takes a deep breath before looking at ghirahim, "i'm... sorry. For being an ass to you."

Ghirahim raises an eyebrow, blinking in surprise, " ...did he hit his head?"

Aiden huffs, "no. I just love my brother more than i hate you. So if being nice to you means i get to see him and be on good terms with him again  then i'll deal..."

Ghirahim blinks, " well. that's...unexpected. im also okay with you simply not being a jackass, you don;t have to be nice. just saying."

Aiden sighs a bit in relief, "alright. Think i can manage that."

Caleb chuckles and playfully shoves at aiden, "you better!"

Ghirahim sighs and pouts, looking at Caleb, " does this mean i have to put up with him more often?"

Caleb blinks and looks at ghirahim,  "only if you decide to tag along when i hang out with him,  however with both of you on your best behavior it shouldnt be bad like before. "

Aiden sighs and glances at ghirahim,  "trust me, the feeling is mutual. But you and i both care for caleb and if we both want him in our lives then we have to, unfortunately,  play nice. "

Ghirahim growls, " of course im going to be with, im not going to let him poison you against me." he wraps his arms around Caleb and looks mulish. " i was already playing nice with him, doesn;t mean i like him though..."

Aiden blinks before glaring, "like i would, as you put it, poison caleb. Maybe id give my two rupees in but to be honest last time i did that i got slapped. Im SURE you have nothing to worry about."

Caleb hums and looks at ghirahim, "i would like you with but not because you dont trust him or me, but because you want to spend time with us..."

Ghirahim keeps the mule-like look, " i want to spend time with YOU. if i must put up with him to do that, then i will."
