It was still raining, however instead of it being a downpour as it started it was merely a light mist, clinging to anyone's skin and making everything damp.

Aiden chatted with some other soldiers who were enjoying their forced day off

Link sat in a dark alley near the bar, hidden in the darkness and intoxicated he easily found rest

Ike considers the mist and decides to wait it out, it may not be as wet but the roads would be muddy and they'd still get damp. anyway he didn;t even know where Link was. regardless he was all set to head out in the morning, so they'd be set to go if the weather cleared up. He was curious to see what twilight would say about the mirror.

Aiden walks over to ike and grins,  "hey! Im sure you'd prefer clear weather but everyone getting a day off has been refreshing~ what have you been up to? "

[Namari]

Ike glances back at Aiden, " oh hey. yeah, if the weather was clear i'd be heading out... but as is, i guess i'll be waiting. i've just been doing the normal, training, keeping an eye on the hero, the usual shit." he chuckles softly, " how about you?"

[MissyLooni]

Aiden hums a bit,  "not much. Took a long ass nap and ate some delicious food.  Cant shop unfortunately unless i want to get soaked. "

Ike chuckles, " yeah, it's only kind of a nasty foggy drizzle, but can;t travel in it for long without getting wet. ah well, suppose i can go work on those new sword techniques some more..." he rolls his shoulders and sighs, " not much else useful i can do at the moment."

Aiden grins, "cool but we could hang out too?"

[Namari]

Ike blinks and smiles, " sure, if you wanted to. i suppose i can let myself relax a little bit, feels odd though."

[MissyLooni]

Aiden grins and steps over to ike's side, "maybe it would, but i honestly think small breaks in between work ensures your body has a chance to release the tension and stress. I could even give you a massage!"

[Namari]

Ike chuckles, " i remember the days where i could go weeks without a break and days without sleep and not have it give me any trouble. guess im not as young as i used to be." he leans over and pecks Aiden on the cheek, " only if you want to, otherwise just a nice soak in the big hot tub will suffice to work my muscles loose."

[MissyLooni]

Aiden hums, "that doesnt sound too bad. A hot soak to chase the chill of the day." He smiles,  "sure,  let's soak~"

Link finally pushes himself up, pushing back any grunts his throat wants to make. He adjusts his clothes the best he can to hide any obvious evidence of his activities before sneaking back to the castle.

Ike smiles and heads into the bathing area. He strips down and eases himself into the heated water, groaning softly.

Aiden strips eagerly before stepping in next to ike, "oh yeah,  this does feel really good. If it keeps raining you won't be able to go out tonight right? "

[Namari]

Ike nods, eyes closed as he relaxes, " yeah, i won't risk compromising mine or his health in this cold rain going all the way out to oridon just for some training. it's important yes, however the setback from getting ill would be greater than a few days of cooling our heels."

Aiden pouts, "dont worry about him. He can take care of himself. I want to focus on just us right now."
