As they enter the village link jumps off his horse, gently taking her reigns and have her walk next to him, shielding him from his old home as they keep walking

Ike hops off as well, taking the reins of his gelding and putting himself between Link and the village.

They manage to get pass the village although links father was in the backyard tending to his crops and while he didnt see link he did glare at the horses.

link wastes no time heading to the sacred grounds

Ike notes the man glaring at them, though has no idea it's Links father, and ignores him. whatever issue he has is none of Ike's concern. Once they get to the sacred grounds he sighs, " well, we're here."

Twilight looks up from his spot next to the pedestal and blinks, "Ah. you both are here. whats up?"

Ike nods to twilight, " well i've seen Cia plaguing Link in his damn head, Lana suggested consulting the sword, so we're gonna try to commune with it or whatever."

[MissyLooni]

Twilight nods and moves out of the way, "I see. that is terrible."

link goes over to the pedestal

Ike follows, " so uh... we stick the sword in there and grab onto it or something?"

Link nods, "I think so. I've never done this before myself..." he hesitantly puts the sword back in its pedestal before grabbing the hilt gently, waiting for ike

Ike steps up and gently puts his own hand over Links, grabbing onto the hilt as well. " worth a try."

[MissyLooni]

the pedestal and the sword begin to glow in unison before a soft voice in heard, "Goddesses Chosen Hero. It is good to finally be able to speak with you. Ah. And Hero from another world. Thank you for your assistance in ensuring the safety of the Hylian people."

Link blinks and looks around, seeing nothing, "Im definitely hearing a girls voice."

Ike jerks back but keeps his hand on the hilt, " holy shit the sword is talking."

[MissyLooni]

"Yes, I am talking. You may call me Fi."

link blinks before smiling, "Its good to finally talk to you."

"Agreed. While you are not my original master it is still good to be heard."

Link looks at ike before looking back at the sword, "Your... original master?"

"Yes. The very first Hero. Back when Ganon's name was Demise and he was nothing more than the demon king."

Ike shakes his head, " okay, well this is great and all, we can sort this out later. Fi, can you help us? Cia is in Links head and is causing issues."

[MissyLooni]

The sword continues talking, "I am already aware. Cia had implanted a small parasite that is a part of her into the chosen hero's brain which gets increasingly worse."

Link shudders and he feels himself getting sick, "How do we stop it? I want it to stop!"

Its quiet for a moment before Fi speaks again, "My apologies. The best way to stop it is to take Cia out of the picture, or switch the goddesses goals, however, since their goals are for you to win I am sure you wouldnt want to do that either. You can stave off the effects temporarily. it wont stop her completely but it will lower the severity of her actions until you take her out."
