Ike frowns, " that's odd. well obviously i hope it's just coincidence."

Link shrugs, "Thats really the only two that i know of. I suppose I could ask the sword if we went back to the sacred grounds but i feel like maybe I dont want to know that info."

Ike makes a grunt to agree, scooping the little chick back up and handing it over to Link, " just enjoy the now."

link blinks as he holds the cuckoo and he chuckles softly, smiling at ike, "right now? I definitely am."

Ike chuckles and leans over, placing a kiss onto his cheek, " good."

Links eyes widen and his face turns super red, "ah-" link hadnt expected a peck on the cheek and he wont lie, he really enjoyed it. he also wished it was on the lips but he'll take what he can get.

He smiles and looks down at the baby cuckoo. he wasnt sure how to respond so for now he'll just relish the kiss, "you dont need to give me a kiss, even if its on the cheek. thank you though. I liked it."

Ike blinks and scowls, " are you really trying to make it seem like im doing you a favor? damnit Link." he gently takes the cuckoo from Links hands and sets it on the ground before pulling Links face around to give him a kiss full on the lips.

Link blinks when the cuckoo is taken from his hands, "well its just-" his eyes widen as he's cut off from talking,  ike's lips on his and he inwardly shudders. His groin feels hot as his body gets excited, hair standing on ends, goosebumps, red ears, the whole nine yards.
He couldn't believe it was ike kissing him and not some old creep, or a buff guy with a scraggly beard, or a smelly fat man.
He hesitated before gently tilting his head and parted his lips. He wanted so much more that it almost scared him.

Ike pulls away and looks at him steadily, " do you really think im doing it as a favor now?"

Link shudders softly, "depends. Which answer will get me another kiss?"

Ike blinks and growls softly, smiling, " well if you behave, then we'll see after our date. otherwise we'll have to cut our date short to head back to the castle."

Link licks his lips and nods, "behave. Got it. I can try. No promises though. Although tergo has a lovely barn that he doesn't go into."

Ike blinks and then scowls, " what the.... no. i want to take my time with you for our first time. laying in the hay hardly sounds comfortable. im not some random guy who's just going to fuck you and go, i want you to see what a relationship should be."

Link opens his mouth, about to defend the barn since Ike has never BEEN in the barn and isnt aware that the loft was converted to a lovely bedroom with ghirahims help but... ike would also be upset that link would suggest for ike to fuck him in the same bed that ghirahim did.
Link looks down and frowns, suddenly feeling very exposed and chastised for the way he was living with his condition, "I'm... sorry. I guess I keep forgetting that what i've been doing isnt normal."

Ike blinks and sighs, " im sorry, i know you've got your issues. can it wait though? i mean if we need to we can, but... i'd really like to take my time."
