Link laughs softly, "Well despite being used for a quick ride they are taken care of quite well in the castle so I just joke that they are paying rent."

Sheik grimaces, " i suppose that is one way to look at it."

"So do you want to make it out to the lake? That'll be a fun place to cannonball in to. "

sheik shakes his head, " i would rather not get wet if possible..."

[MissyLooni]

Link blinks briefly before humming softly, "well if we go south instead we would make it to hyrule field where ordon village is.... I guess. Nothing out there except the ghost of another hero. Not sure if you'd want to meet him. He's a little... snarky and distant. Not very friendly."

" if you would like to swim i can go with, i just would rather not go into the water myself."

Link sighs, "I mean... I do but not alone. I want to do something fun with you. I only mention Twilight because the only thing he likes to do is fight and I thought maybe you and him would have that in common. Otherwise.... we'd have to carefully traverse to the other side of the castle roof and go towards my adoptive family's home or gerudo. I don't like sand though..."

Sheik sighs softly, " well, not like im part of the fighting force now anyway. it's bad enough that the people of the castle know about... this. a prior hero seeing me like this is not something i look forward to. Why don;t you get Ike to go so you two can swim together?"

Link whines softly, "barely anyone knows whats going on except for those who keep their mouths quiet. Besides im pretty sure half of hyrule are more preoccupied over me being a temporary whore at the bar." he looks down and sighs, "I just... wanted to have a fun day with you. in hopes to keep your mind busy for a little bit. If you really dont want to be somewhere else then thats fine but i am asking you to give it a chance. If it makes you feel any better Twilight, in the eyes of hyrule, wasnt the best hero. he's also the one that gave us the info about what is going on with you and soren since Zant is a Twilight creature and thats what this hero knows."

Sheik winces a bit, " i... suppose i could go swimming."

Link nods, "sounds good. Though I'm surprised you'd choose swimming over a ghost."

Sheik snorts softly, " you fail to take what little bit of pride i have left into account then."

[MissyLooni]

Link shrugs, "well yeah, but I mean, it's a disgraced hero. If we had a ranking system you would be above him. But lake it is then."

" i doubt it. disgraced or not, he is still one of the heros. i am simply a servant to the heros and the royal family." He takes a firm grasp on the chicken, looking doubtfully over the lake.
