Link takes a running jump off the roof, the cuckoo quickly panicking and flying for its life towards the lake

sheik sighs, looking at the chicken in his hands, " sorry little dude, but duty calls." he grips the bird firmly and runs towards the edge before leaping.

Both chickens are squaking loudly as they desperately flap their wings towards the lake.

Link looks around the beautiful scenery, smiling and looking over at sheik, "isn't it so pretty!!"

Sheik feels bad for the bird, but holds on tight regardless, looking around, " yeah, it's pretty."

After a few minutes of floating down they make it to the lake and link lands on the edge, setting the bird down, "thank you for the ride~" He pulls out a small pouch and pulls out some cuckoo feed, holding it out and feeding the bird as thanks.

Sheik sets down soon after and sets the bird down. " sorry, i didn;t bring anything with."

Link looks over and smiles at sheik, "here, I have plenty to share." He sets the pouch in sheiks hands

Sheik cups his hands and offers the feed to the chicken as an apology for the torment.

No hard feelings from the cuckoo. A once a month 15 minute travel for a life time of luxury is a fair trade off after all. The cuckoo chirps happily and eats the seeds quickly.

Link removes his tunic and hat before jumping into the lake, creating an impressive splash

Sheik flinches away from the splash, setting the rest of the seed down before looking at the water, hesitating before he takes his shoes and the baggy shirt off before slowly getting into the water.

Link looks over and smiles, "see? Not so bad! The water is warm and the sun is out and nobody is around! It's perfect!"

Sheik nods, " the water is rather nice." he was glad nobody was around, but he wasn;t going to say that.

Link let's himself float on his back and hums softly, "very relaxing. Kinda glad we didn't go towards ordon. Even if it would have been fun to see Twilight, we gotta pass my childhood home and I'd rather not have my sperm donor see me."

Sheik nods, " well, then i am glad we bypassed that idea." he sighs and sinks in until just his nose and the upper part of his face is visible.

Link relaxes for an hour, just happy that sheik is with him, "maybe when we're done here I could stop by tergo's stand and puck up a few meat skewers. They're really tasty and a nice way to end an outing."
