Sheik sighs and puts his arms around Link, " i don't think he really does Link. im sorry."

Link covers his face with his hands, "of all the nights where I am designated driver..." He pulls his phone back out and sends a quick text to Noah, telling him it's not going to work out before putting his phone away, "There. You guys win."

Sheik hugs Link close, " i know it sucks, but better to get it over with than to drag it out..." He grins, " but on the upside, you're now free to go talk to that guy who was flirting with you..."

Link makes a face and shakes his head, "Yeah, no thanks. He seems way too much for someone like me. Maybe if I see him again out in the real world and not in party mode I could probably try, but you know I have never been one to be the fun cousin. That's zelda's job."

Sheik rolls his eyes, " alright whatever. At least you're not with that scumbag anymore."

Link sighs, "he's not a scumbag. I knew some scumbags alright? There is a huge difference between emotionally inept and a scumbag."
There's vibration in links pocket followed by a lovey dovey ringtone, causing link to tense up,  "oh no... he's calling me. "
He pulls out his phone and stares at the screen, "what do i do?"

Sheik grins and reaches over, plucking the phone from his hands, " i got this." he presses to answer it and lifts it to his ear, " hello? Link doesn;t particularly want to talk to you, anything you have to say, you can say to me."

Noah's voice sounds angry over the line, "the fuck? Who the hell is this?! Put link on the phone, damn it!"

Sheik snorts, " i would be his cousin, Sheik? the one that knows several forms of martial arts and isn;t afraid to use it on anyone who hurts my family? Yeah...see, we were talking things out, and we remembered that you never talk to him unless you want to fuck, you forgot his birthday, and rejected his call earlier. And he figured out that you really don't care about anything but his ass, so he's dumping you. So have a good life, and if you ever try to contact him again, i'll make a personal visit to you, got it?"

Link is pale and wide eyed as he watches sheik, only knowing what he's saying and not noah.

Noah snarls, "damn it im not having this conversation with you. Put link on the phone right now!!"

Sheik rolls his eyes, " sorry, but i can't do that. see, you had your chance to talk to him earlier, and you declined it. he's done with you, get it through your skull."

Noah huffs, "fine. I dont need a phone to talk to my boyfriend."

The line quickly disconnects.

Sheik grins and hangs up, " ooo, i think he might be coming to talk with you. goody, i can get his ass kicking over with right away."

Link takes his phone and looks at sheik, "wha-what? What do you mean he's coming to talk to me?!"

Sheik shrugs, " evidently he didn't get the hints that you've dumped him and he's not welcome, as he said, and i quote, ' i don't need a phone to talk to my boyfriend.'" he snorts, " don't worry, i've got your back."
