Link looks over at ike,  "i'm fine.  Just getting teased by the  mature cousin. " link puts his phone in his pocket and settles back in to his spot

Ike raises an eyebrow and chuckles, " oh? giving you shit for being out at another guys house?"

Link groans and nods, "Yeeaaahh. I'm sure once he tells the girls ill be getting texts from them..." he brings his knees up to his chest, "either that or they will both wait until i go over to their place tomorrow and bother me about it then."

Ike chuckles softly, " well i'd offer an escape but i have to work tomorrow. so you're on your own for that."

Sheik texts the girls to let them know what happened.

Link shakes his head, "its fine. I have to go over there tomorrow anyway. Sheik has been teaching me self defense on sundays and id rather not miss that."

Ike blinks, " shouldn;t you learn that kind of thing from an actual teacher? he's around our age yeah?"

Link shakes his head, "you've never seen sheik in action. He puts most teachers to shame honestly."

Ike chuckles, " well that'd be something to see im sure. regardless whatever floats your boat." he starts putting leftovers into the fridge, " man... i can;t remember the last time i got to feel full all day."

Link looks over at ike and frowns, "thats... unsettling..."

Ike looks over, " what? what's unsettling?"

Link frowns, "you cant remember the last time you were full all day?"

Ike blinks and shrugs, " i mean, we get by. but it's not like we can afford to pig out like that. three young guys like us? we'd never be able to afford that kind of food bill."

Link looks down and nods, "I see..."

Ike sighs, " and it's not like i can go to the aquarium and get free food all day. i've got some places i can go to get stuff for free or cheap that's gonna get tossed out, but again, not an all day thing. not a big deal, we get by."

Link pulls out his wallet and starts to hide a few bills in odd places, placing quite a few under the couch cushion
