Zelda snorts softly, "Probably would have a lot more of your life figured out."

Payas eyes go wide, " o-oh i doubt that. i'd probably be a nervous wreak... it'd be a miracle if they hadn't sent me to an institution by now..."

Zelda shrugs, "But you wouldnt have anybody to hold your hand so you would have to figure things out on your own."

Paya makes a whining noise, " oh im not sure if i could stand that..."

zelda chuckles, "You dont know that. You've never had a chance to try it."

Paya shakes her head, " and i don;t want to! i like being with you guys, with Sheiky and you and Linky and auntie Impa."

Zelda sighs softly and parks her car before getting out, "I'm just saying that it'd be good for you to feel a bit of that freedom in case something ever happens to us."

Pays eyes widen and she starts shaking, eyes tearing up, " d-don;t even say that! nothing will happen, you can;t let anything happen!" she wails and flings herself on Zelda, hugging her tightly.

Zelda nervously looks at her and hesitantly rubs paya's back, "I'm sorry, i didnt mean it like that."

Paya clings to her stubbornly, " d-don't leave m-me alone... y-you g-guys are all i h-have." she sniffles, tears running down her cheeks.

Zelda gives a long sigh, "Im not gonna leave you."

Paya sniffles, " better not..." she slowly lets go and walks towards school, wiping her face still sniffling.

zelda shakes her head and follows paya in. The school day drags on longer then usual

Paya manages to get through the day after calming herself down, and she waits at the car for Zelda at the end of the day. " we gonna go visit Link?"

Zelda nods and gets in her car, "I have his homework so i gonna see if he ate or drank anything since this morning."
