Ike chuckles, " yeah well, i'd hate to get where we're relying on cash from you, and then something happens to cut it off. then we'd be in worse shape. but hey, once we get through college then we'll have more time to work, which will increase paycheck sizes. and we've kept loans to a minimum, so we won;t have much to deal with there. Soren and Sothe both will likely get some pretty good job offers once they graduate, they do some good paying work now, but i know the companies are uncomfortable that they're not graduated. so really, things will only get better."

Link stares at ike for a bit before he gives a soft smile, "thats... a really nice way to think of it. You're a very optimistic person."

Ike chuckles, " yeah, Soren and Sothe say overly so, but it helps keeps us going."

Link smiles, "yeah i get that. That was always paya. At least the cheerfulness and optimism."

Ike nods, " there's one in every group i suppose."

Link chuckles,  "every group SHOULD have one in all honesty."

Ike nods, " agreed. they keep things positive."

Link snorts,  "they also do a good job at keeping everyone's sanity as well."

Ike nods, " we sure do! and annoy everyone with our obnoxious amount of optimism."

Link looks at ike and he cant help but laugh softly, shaking his head and putting the buttons back.

Ike smiles and helps him put them back, making sure everything is orderly.

Link glances up at ike before clearing his throat, "um. I know I've said this before, and i'll probably say it again but... thank you. For being my friend. Its nice to have someone to talk to."

Ike blinks and smiles, " yeah, no problem. im glad you're here as my friend too." he slings an arm around Links shoulder and gives him a quick squeeze before letting go.

Link blushes at the hug and chuckles, "jeez. Where to next?"

Ike blinks and hums, " i dunno, i guess we're almost to the food court, and we have been at this a few hours."
