Link blinks and makes a soft ah sound, "i suppose most people do require sustenance." He chuckles, "lets get some lunch."

Ike chuckles, " well you are paying me for my packmule services with food, so i guess it's paytime." he hefts the bags and heads for the food court.

Link chuckles and follows ike to the food court,  "get whatever you want. "

Ike sets their bags down at a booth and heads to a stall, making sure Link is there before he orders a hefty meal.

Link glances at the menu and picks something on the lighter side before paying for their meals.

Ike rubs his hands together, " i've never tried that meal, but i've heard it's really good. too far out of my price range before you know? plus kind of a made-to-order thing instead of made ahead of time, so none of them ever got to the end of their sellable period where i can get it for cheap so it doesn;t get tossed."

Link blinks and looks at ike, "thats sad, you know that right?"

Ike chuckles, " hey, it's still edible and i have no problem with getting super cheap food."

Link gives ike a gentle shove, "you cant honestly get upset when i want to treat you to things when you keep giving me a reason to treat you."

Ike chuckles, " hey, just because it's a little on the aged side doesn;t make it bad. it's called being resourceful." he bumps Link with his shoulder.

Link blushes and sighs,  "i just don't think it's fair that nice people have to go through so much shit... so... i just want to even the field a bit. Give some good to those who deserve it,  and give asshole's a hard time. "

Ike chuckles, " i suppose that makes sense. though i guess i kinda figured for a lot of nice people, hardship is what makes it so we have that understanding and empathy."

Link looks at ike and blushes, "you really are a great guy ike."

Ike blinks and looks at Link, " uh, thanks? i mean, i think im pretty decent, im not sure about great but i guess im glad you have such a high opinion of me."

Link clears his throat and grabs his tray when the food is ready, "uh... our uh food is done..."
