Paya just stares at her plate, sniffling softly and trying to not cry.

Sheik eats mechanically, trying to set an example to keep going.

Impa heads in and takes her seat, " things have been resolved for the time being. Link, will you consider still staying the night? i understand if you'd feel more comfortable back at the dorms."

Link nervously takes his seat, not daring to look up at his cousins in fear, "i... it would depend if you guys still want me...to stay..."

Paya quickly looks up and jumps from her seat, running around to his spot and hugging him tightly, " of course i want you to stay!"

Sheik nods, " couldn;t have said it better myself."

Link looks up in shock, his eyes beginning to water again, "e-even after... the terrible stuff i said?"

Zelda sighs softly, "too be honest there is a bit of truth to what you said and... despite how it went down you DID finally  speak up about something that was bothering you.  Im just sorry we made you feel that way."

Sheik snorts, " terrible is overkill. yeah we're nosy, and you were a bit harsh, but shit happens, and we understand your frustration."

Paya squeezes him, " still love you don;t care."

Link sniffles and hiccups.

Zelda gets up from her seat and goes over to link and paya, hugging them both, "i love you too link."

Paya nuzzles her cousin, " we love you no matter what."

Sheik sighs and gets up, " okay fine i guess we're doing this." he hugs around Zelda.

Impa chuckles, " of course right after i sit." she gets up and goes over, engulfing all of them in a hug as well.

Link squeaks when he feels the massive group hug and he cant help but go from crying to a soft chuckle, "o-okay! Okay! I get it!"

Impa chuckles and lets go, going back to her seat.

Paya dn Sheik also let go and go back, Paya digging into her meal with gusto now.

Zelda giggles and goes back to her seat and goes back to eating

Sheik goes back to his own meal, actually enjoying it.

Impa chuckles, " one happy family, that's what i like to see."

Link glances at everyone before digging into his meal

Soon dinner is done and plates with a decadent tart are brought one, one being set in front of each person. Impa smiles, " oh, the chef's outdone themselves, this looks wonderful."

Zelda stares at the tart, drooling a little, "holy shit that looks soooo~ good!" She quickly grabs her fork and starts eating hers

Paya digs into hers and hums happily, " yummy!"

Impa chuckles and takes a bite, keeping herself dignified.

Sheik also takes a bite, " i have to agree, this is really good."
