Link shrugs, "this place has been in the family for a while so its kinda that style ya know? And its not just in the house. We have to consider what we do everywhere we go. Even when i'm with you. Even today at the aquarium i had at least four ideas as to how to get out of a situation like that. You get used to it i guess. Most of the phone stuff is on first floor though. I think the only room that is on both floors is the library. Its huge and its a project for the staff to keep clean so they do it in chunks."

Ike shakes his head, " man, i wouldn;t take all the money in the world to deal with that. i mean, i suppose you can hire really good security with that money, but still. almost makes me appreciate my shithole apartment."

Link shrugs, "I've been in worse situations so its not that bad. Anyway, so, down the stairs," link starts walking down the stairs

Ike shrugs and follows after, "worse then here or worse than my apartment?"

"worse than getting kidnapped I'd have to say. Not like it matters though. SO, if we go north on the ground pool you will come across the indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, and spa room. They all share the same main location since we dont want these hot pipes to run everywhere in the house."

Ike blinks, " didn;t know you've had that experience. yikes." he follows and nods, " makes sense, lots of water pipes to deal with. so the outdoor pool i assume gets covered up for the winter?"

Link nods,  "i told you i had enough excitement. And yes,  the outdoor pool does get covered.  It has this machine that drags the tarp cover over it."

Ike sighs in relief, " nice, i wasn;t looking forward to fighting that tarp." he decides not to comment on the kidnapping thing, there was nothing he could say to make it any better after all.

Link chuckles, "with how big the pool is it would be impossible for someone to pull the tarp over. " he heads to the indoor pool and opens the door, the warm steam and the smell of chlorine immediately wafts out, "its a decent sized indoor pool and as you can see all those doors on that side lead to the sauna, spa room, ect."

" why doesn;t hearing that surprise me that much?" he gapes at the size of the indoor pool, " decent sized? that's an understatement. jeez. at least i only have the one to fish leaves and stuff out of."

Link chuckles, "the outdoor pool is much bigger than this." He steps out and smiles, "the game room is nearby. Its essentially an arcade. Id used to sneak out to play the arcades downtown all the time and impa got so frustrated that she had one made in an empty room no one was using just to keep me from getting into trouble."

Ike grunts when he hears the outdoor one is a lot bigger, " sounds like im going to spend a lot of time keeping that pool clean..." he blinks, " seriously? geez you have a cool aunt."

Link snorts, "she did everything and anything to try to keep me from sneaking out. To her, changing the house to fit my needs was much better than getting a phone call at 3am that i needed to be picked up from the station."

Ike winces, " jeez Link... even i wasn;t that much trouble. sothe was, but not me."

Link is quiet for a moment before shrugging,  "what can i say? I was going through... a lot. Probably more than what any kid should. So i ended up doing a lot of terrible things. But no one here gave up on me and the amount of guilt I've felt in the after math has made me... want to try my best in school so i can earn my own money and live in my own place."
