Sheik glances over from where he's running the guys through checks and sees link, frowning at the expression on his face, " you...okay?"

Link sighs, "I...i'm trying to feel better about this whole thing but I still feel gross about it. About hooking up with a random alpha."

Sheik sighs, " i know it's rough. we just gotta think of it as a medical thing. like getting a shot. only this is... well hooking up with an alpha. and it's not random, it's a guy whose job it is to make sure you're taken care of so that you can feel better. one we've made sure is to your tastes and is safe."

Link nods ands scratches his head, huffing, "You know... i was fine with this whole thing at first. excited even. but after what ike said... my head feels all funny now. Just why did he have to say all this weird stuff? I fucking hate it when alpha's think with their dicks first."

Sheik smiles, " i know you are. shit happens, we'll manage. i should have been more careful, and you shouldn;t have gone to meet him. and he shouldn't have been a moron."

Link nods, "I know...I dont know what i was thinking. I wasnt. I guess thats half this problem. I think once everything is settled with my current problems I should have a serious talk with Ike and figure out what the hell he was thinking."

Sheik snorts, " that's probably the problem, he wasn't. I mean i knew he had a thing for you, but right now? idiot... nobody ever said Alphas were great at thinking with the correct head though."

Link sighs, "I mean he was pretty honest about wanting to fuck me from the beginning but I straight out told him I wasnt someone who liked....just fucking. I told him we could be friends as long as he wasnt weird about it ya know?" he brings his knees up to his chest, "I... dont want to lose ike's friendship..."

Sheik sighs, " well it sounds like he wanted to give you want you wanted, but just picked a horrible time for it. if you decide to turn him down, im sure he'll get over it. He doesn;t seem like the kind of person who will abandon you just because you reject him."

Link sighs, "You think it was my fault? Maybe I should have never told him that I was... hiring an alpha to take care of my heat. He seemed to get really upset at that. Even though he has no say in what i choose to do. And im sure he's been with plenty of omega's so he doesnt have any right to get so aggressive. Still.... maybe if it werent for me being an omega..."
Link almost couldnt believe what he was saying. He damn near never blamed anything that happened to him on just his secondary sex nor did he ever feel guilty for being an omega... but for some reason he did feel terrible about it now...

Sheik sighs, " it's not your fault. i think alphas just tend to get... possessive. we already know he has an interest, so hearing that another alpha was going to get you... im sure it just messed with him. and yeah, i think he probably has been with omegas so he shouldn't get upset, but nobody ever said emotions are logical."
