Jake sees it and hums softly, typing back that he'd informed work he'd probably need time off shortly and could start anytime after tomorrow if needed, his shifts would be covered.

Link grabs his phone to text sheik, jake said he could start tomorrow. Do you think thats okay?  I know my room is sound proof and i have my connecting bathroom but we also need to make sure staff and family is informed so uh... impa doesn't check on me and accidentally see some things. Plus it'll be nice to get my mini fridge stocked with plenty of Gatorade and protein bars since me exiting my room wont be a thing. Ah and some prepared meals for jake should be discussed with staff too. Dont want him here for a few days and not eat.  I might be overthinking this...

Sheik chuckles, i'll see to it everyone is informed. i'll have someone get you stocked up today, and we'll have food and drink and such placed outside your door for Jake to fetch a few times a day, okay? you worry about you, Impa and i will handle the rest.

Link gives a soft relieved sigh yeah. Okay. Thanks sheik. link goes back to his computer and lets jake know that the day after tomorrow would be great

The alpha says he'll come mid morning if that works.

Sheik smiles, no problem. He texts Impa, Zelda and Paya to let them know, and then works on informing the staff of the event and what would be required to make things run smoothly.

Link replies that it is okay.

Zelda glances at her phone and nods before setting her phone down

Link nervously begins getting his bedroom cleaned up and ready with fresh sheets

Sheik sends one of the staff out to stock up on protein bars and drinks and Gatorade and such, making sure they had a list of Links favorites. He goes around getting everything ready he can think of, trying to keep things under control so Link won't worry.

Link cleans up his bathroom as well, making sure everything looks perfect. He even goes so far as to clean the filters on his pheromone vents. He so desperately wished that he could talk his emotions through with Ike like he had done about other things before but.... even link knew this is something he shouldnt say with ike already acting in a way. ugh but he missed ike so much

The two days go by and the house is ready, with Links room stocked with easy nutritious foods and plenty of things that won't spoil. Jake arrives at the house around 11 with a dufflebag and is let in and lead to Link's room.

Link had taken a shower, since it'll be a while until he gets another one, and gently was nervously waiting in his room, sending off a few online assignments that his teachers gave him for his courses since he's been stuck home.

A week of action ensued, and Jake showers as he gets ready to go now that Link's heat is over.

Link laid on his bed, thoroughly exhausted and finally feeling his body return to normal. He thought he would be too nervous to get aroused at the start, however that was quickly proven wrong when his hormones went crazy as soon as jake had stepped in his room; hungry and insatiable for the hired alpha.
Admittedly he barely remembers the whole week. This is normal for omegas when they share a heat with an alpha that they are not paired with by biting.
Link brings his hand to his neck and feels no bite mark. Jake had been in control enough to not mark link and the omega was incredibly relieved.
He knew the company wouldnt register an alpha if they couldnt stay in control obviously but it was still nice to know that link really was in safe hands the entire time.
He wasnt sure what to really say to the alpha.... thank you? was that weird? he just did his job, and the maids also did their best to see to the needs of jake whenever they finished and link fell asleep for a brief moment so everything was even....
But link truly felt like the tight ball of string in his head that had been tense to the point of snapping had finally untangled itself and unwound and the omega could damn near cry in happiness.
He slowly pushes himself to sit up, ignoring the blissful pain in his back and hips. His blanket lightly draped over his lower half and the curtains were pulled down to block out most of the light.
He was just thinking about wanting food when he heard a soft knock at his door. Curiously he found a pair of pajama pants that he had taken off at some point and wormed his way back in them before going over to the door and opening it a crack.
No one was there so it had been a maid. He looks at the floor to find a neat and tidy basket that had jakes clothes that were dirtied during the week long activities cleaned, ironed, and folded to perfection ready to go for him in case he needed it.
Link carefully bends over and takes the basket before closing the door again and setting the basket on top of his dresser for the alpha when he got out of the shower.
He sat back on to his bed and grabs a gatorade, gulping down the drink eagerly

Jake comes out after the shower, just a towel on. After all, it's not like they hadn't done far more than just see each other naked. " ah man, as much as i enjoy that, i'll definitely enjoy a full nights sleep tonight." he chuckles softly and notices the basket, " mmm, thanks. i did bring extra clothes, but that's awesome of you guys." he grabs a bar out of his duffle bag and bites into it, he'd really only been able to keep the edge off his hunger over the time, but he was used to that. Alpha's needed a lot of food, and Omega's didn;t give that much time to eat when they were in heat. He grabs the clothes and lets the towel drop as he puts them on.

Link nods, not fazed by any nudity for obvious reasons, " I know the maids have been trying. They dont like when im in distress so since you're taking care of me it probably makes them want to take care of you as thanks." he gives a tired smile, "I do feel a lot better though. I havent felt this good in months. Thank you."

Jake chuckles softly, " your welcome. yeah they've been great, they had lots of great food there that i was able to snag while you were crashed. haven;t eaten that good on a job in... well probably ever. those meal bars i bring with are good for keeping me going, but they taste like cardboard." he packs his things into his bag, running a hand across his freshly shaved chin as he checks for any spots he'd missed. " well if you need me again, you know how to get ahold of me. I also don;t mind chatting once in awhile just for fun, though just to be clear firstly i don;t date anyone i work with, and two im not looking for a relationship anyway. not that i think you're that into me, but i just like to get that out of the way." he grins.
