Ren points over at the desk, " over there. help yourself."

Orion sits up onto his knees and reaches over, grabbing the device before snuggling back into his covers and turning it on to watch some stuff

Ren watches for a bit, smiling. The other was finally getting to be able to explore the world, even if only by reading about it. maybe there was still hope, he had a thirst for knowledge that he'd never been permitted.

Orion is probably only awake for half an hour before passing out, data pad still glowing, pressed against his smooshed face

When Ren notices this he chuckles softly, carefully going over and easing the datapad out from under him, wiping the smudges off it and checking for any messages before setting it on the table. He debates before deciding sleep would be good, turning the lights down and pulling a blanket over the other before going to bed himself.

Hours of peaceful sleep go by until a gentle rocking motion from the ship's engine starting up nearly causes orion to roll out of the bed, only catching himself at the very edge.

He grumbles softly and sits up,  running his eyes tiredly

Ren jerks awake, digging his claws into his bed to keep himself from rolling off as well. He hisses into the dark, blinking rapidly as he wakes himself up, " think they could warn us first... hellaofa wake-up call."

[MissyLooni]

Orion yawns loudly and shakes his head, his naturally thick hair even poofier than normal,  like a sheeps coat, "what... was that? "

[Namari]

Renshajoh snorts, stretching as he gets up, " not sure, but that could happen if we rapidly changed speed. judging from the direction, i'd say we sped up, which suggests they got the engines up and running, at least somewhat."

[MissyLooni]

Orion makes a soft huff noise before curling back under the blankets

The basilisk chuckles softly, " agreed. though that will cut down on the time before we reach someplace that repair the ship." he debates for a moment before deciding to get food, " want something to eat?"

[MissyLooni]

Orion makes a soft grumble before pushing himself back up, "yeah..." he starts to get off of the bed

[Namari]

He chuckles softly at the others behavior and quickly pulls on some basic clothing, " well, lets go see if anyone is awake to make up something more appetizing than freeze dried rations then." he heads out of the room.

Orion sleepily follows behind ren, yawning loudly before gently grabbing the fabric of rens clothes to guide him since his eyes are mostly closed still.

A couple of cooks are awake, making small meals since they're pretty sure quite a few people were woken up from the rattle

Ren blinks when he feels the tug on his clothes and look back, laughing silently to himself when he sees the other sleepily stumbling behind him. He goes into the kitchen, " ah, there are some here. Two portions please?" he holds up two fingers.
