Sato shrugs, " yeah, i just know i've done some things i regret when intoxicated. so im careful when i drink."

[MissyLooni]

Aki shrugs, "i suppose that would make sense for someone like you. A lot of people must know you."

[Namari]

Sato shrugs, " somewhat. i was well know a few years back, i tried to win the pokemon league. got to the semi-finals. i doubt many people will recognize me these days, and they have plenty of champions to root for. no shortage of those each year."

[MissyLooni]

Aki shrugs, "i still remembered you. "

[Namari]

Satoshi blushes, " o-oh, you recognized me huh? i didn't realize that... i figured you didn;t want me with just because you didn't want company."

[MissyLooni]

Aki shrugs, "people like you normally attract those who want to have pokemon battles and i... dont do those anymore. So yeah, thats why i didnt want you with."

[Namari]

Satoshi nods, " that makes sense. why not battle though? It's usually just a friendly contest, even if we lose my pokemon enjoy trying."

[MissyLooni]

Aki glares at the ground and huffs, "because its not always a friendly fucking battle."

[Namari]

Sato blinks, " well i know the gangs are assholes..."

[MissyLooni]

Lopunny looks at aki and whines softly before going over to him and rubbing against him, trying to make him feel better.

Lucario looks at the ground, grinding his teeth

Sato frowns and leans forward, " something happened... you don;t have to tell me if you don;t want to."

Aki closes his eyes and sighs, "there's a guy out there... somewhere... who has no issues with killing your pokemon if you lose to him in a pokemon battle. It doesnt help that he has some huge, intense pokemon that are just as cruel as him."

[Namari]

Sato's eyes flash and he stands up quickly, " what?! i mean, i've heard of people like that, but to actually have faced one... no wonder you dislike battling. if i can ever find him i'll show him a thing or two..."

[MissyLooni]

Aki looks at him, knowing he'd have that reaction,  "i wouldnt.  He has a vicious tyranitar who will legitimately do whatever his trainer tells him to do. "

Sato snorts, " well i have an ace in the hole i never showed in the league. i worked hard to train this pokemon well, and we work together nicely. he's strong too, and a rare pokemon. few people have one. though im sure some of my other pokemon could do the trick as well."
