Topic: The long road, a pokemon journey (Namari x missylooni)

[Namari]

Satoshi looks at him, " you coming with?"

[MissyLooni]

Aki crosses his arms and looks away, "No. I... I think im done here. get home safe."

[Namari]

Satoshi blinks, then climbs back off Skarmory with a pained look, " ah, come on. i can ride on Arcanine with you if it means that much, it'll just be a lot bouncier. we need to get your neck looked at as well, i know we have stuff back home that'll help. and you have musharna for Maya."

[MissyLooni]

Aki shakes his head and digs through his bag before pulling out musharna's pokeball and holding it out for satoshi, "i.... I cant be by you if you make those kinds of decisions again. I was terrified and it felt like i couldnt breathe and knowing that you would just force me away in a sad attempt to sacrifice yourself is something i cant mentally handle. Sorry...."

[Namari]

Satoshi looks down, " im sorry, things were happening fast, and i didn't consider your feelings. can we go to the ranch so we can talk this over?"

[MissyLooni]

Aki looks over satoshi's wounds before sighing,  "fine, we'll talk once you're healed up but this isn't over. I'm still upset at you. " He puts the pokeball away and hops on to arcanine, "get on skarmory."

[Namari]

Satoshi nods, carefully climbing onto the bird before she takes off, flying as smoothly as she can once she's airborn, heading back to the ranch.

Aki sighs, "arcanine, follow the birdie."

The dog boofs loudly before sprinting after skarmory

Skarmory stays just high enough that she stays out of reach while leading the other pokemon. soon they reach teh ranch where a few people are standing outside the house looking in their direction, rapidash standing next to them. skarmory alights next to them, and the elder woman hugs Satoshi, " we were so worried when we saw Rapidash come back with your pokemon. you're hurt, lets get you taken care of." she looks at Aki, " come in, come in. Arcanine can have run of the pastures if he'd like." Satoshi slowly makes his way inside where they start tending to his injuries.

Aki gets off of arcanine, following them inside. He didnt feel anything so he wasnt sure what everyone kept talking about. Maybe it was the adrenaline still pumping through him...

[Namari]

The older man grabs a jar and gestures to a chair for Aki, " looks like you're gonna have some nasty bruising around your neck there son, this ought to help." he hesitates, " do you mind if i apply it? otherwise i can let you do it yourself, i'll get you a mirror. but it'll be easier if i do it for ya."

[MissyLooni]

aki blinks before sitting down in the chair, "its fine, i dont care if you do it,"

[Namari]

He carefully starts dabbing the salve on and gently rubbing it in, " some people are uncomfortable getting touched, always best to ask first. looks like you boys had a helluva time. you can tell us later though, lets get you taken care of, then we can get ya fed and set down to rest. any of your pokemon need tending to?"

Satoshi grimaces as a painful wound salve is put on his side before being bandaged, " his pokemon are fine i think, there's a good number of mine that need some care." The woman raises an eyebrow, " someone who took out several of your pokemon? must have been a strong trainer. Maya, go make sure the guest room is ready."

the little girl runs upstairs, a skitty following her. She soon runs back down, " it's all clean momma!"

Aki snorts, "just some jack-" he pauses briefly and glances at at Maya, "a bad person that unfortunately has a bone to pick with us."

[Namari]

Maya blinks up at him, not understanding what he meant to say. " some jack? was that his name?"

Satoshi chuckles, " something like that. Hey Maya, we have a new friend for you. i found a pokemon who wants to be your friend."

The older man raises an eyebrow, " is that so? well, i suppose we can overlook that a ponyta won;t be your first."

Maya looks at her brother wide eyed, " they want to be MY friend?"
