Satoshi raises an eyebrow, " Satoshi. what brings you to these parts? we're pretty far out."

"I venture about, looking to study pokemon in different habitats to see how that helps them grown and all that. Professor in training kind of activities. Oh but i used to be a pokemon trainer when i was just a brat, thankfully i dont seem to be too rusty neither."

Yamper yips excitedly from Dippers arms, grinning and panting happily

Satoshi hums, " gotcha. well uh, this is my families ranch." Rapidash walks closer and lowers her head to sniff at Dipper, very clearly a large and very healthy specimen.

Dipper hums and holds out his hand for rapidash to sniff easier, "Your rapidash is beautiful. She looks like a queen in comparison to some of the others i've seen."

[Namari]

Rapidash sniffs his hand, then looks doubtfully at Yamper.

Satoshi chuckles, " we're well known for our ponyta and rapidash here, they're all a cut above wild type you find. She and i have been partners for years, and she's been mine since she was just a foal." he rubs her neck affectionately.

Dipper hums, "Is it alright if I pet her?" he puts Yamper down, not wanting his excitable pup to upset the larger horse

Satoshi nods, " she might let you. only way to know is to try. worse case she'll just pull away."

Dipper hums and smiles at Rapidash, "Hello Queen~ May I pet you?" He holds out his hand to gently pet her neck

Rapidash snorts softly, a little off put by being called queen. She tosses her head before deciding to tolerate it for now and leaning into the touch.

Dipper had waited until rapidash made her choice and when he feels her leaning in he smiles and pets her, "how smooth~ her coat even feels amazing."

Satoshi nods, " we make our own feed mix tailored specifically for ponyta and rapidash for them to supplement their grazing. you won't find better ponyta and rapidash anywhere."

[MissyLooni]

Dipper nods, "I can tell." he pulls away and smiles, "I dont think i'll find a better rapidash for as long as i live thats for sure."

[Namari]

Rapidash tosses her mane, enjoying the compliments. Satoshi snorts, " don't go getting vain on me girl. Well, my family would hang me out to dry if i didn't invite a visitor for dinner so consider the invitation officially extended. you'd of course be welcome to see the pokemon around the ranch as well."

Dipper looks up at Satoshi, "Really? That would be awesome, thank you so much!"

Satoshi nods, " well the fastest way is to ride, hop on up." he kicks his foot out of the stirrup and holds a hand out to help him up.
