Skarmory gives a soft scree to assure her she's fine, but confirms the loud high pitched was getting uncomfortable.

Pidgeot starts chirping a lot more softly, trying to be cautious about how loud she is

Skarmory tilts her head and chirps back, enthusiastic but keeping the volume to a normal level.

Aki watches in amusement, "silly bird."

Sato nods, " indeed. but i've never seen Skarmory this talkative or this patient with another pokemon. she was quite the loner when i got her, didn;t like other pokemon or people."

Aki blinks before smiling, "well, pidge is a very positive pokemon. I could tell the second i saw her. Even then she didnt have the heart to say anything mean about her previous owner..."

[Namari]

Sato pats Skamory, " and Skarmory, once she decides she likes you, you've got a loyal friend for life."

Aki snorts and chuckles, "yeah but it must take quite a bit for her to like someone, right?"

Sato shrugs, " seems to vary. normally, yes. here, she seems to have settled down and taking a liking to you two pretty quickly."

Aki snorts, "i dont know why. Im such a weirdo."

Sato shrugs, " yeah well, at least you're a kind hearted wierdo."

Aki smirks and chuckles, "i suppose."

Satoshi pets Skarmory, " we're lucky to have our pokemon, and our pokemon are lucky to have us."

Pidgeot chirps happily, still doing her best to stay quiet

Skarmory chirps back, beating her wings strongly to create an updraft to aid Pidgeot.
