Takana sighs, "true but... no one tells us whats really going on and i think we've just come to accept that. but we shouldnt." he shakes his head, "But.... maybe this conversation should be held for another day... when things arent so raw..."

Izanagi nods, " yeah... i can't... i don't know. i just want to move on and forget it happened."

Takana nods, "Thats completely fair..." takana finishes getting ready

Izanagi nods and grabs his bag, "coming?"

takana nods and heads out, "Yeah im coming..."

Izanagi heads out and goes to work.

The manager is there with the new hires, working with them to get things ready, " Good to see you both here boys. we should have these new people trained up enough that in a few days i can see about giving some of my veterans some time off, you've all earned it for sticking with me while we've had this busy spurt. today should be more mellow, demons tend to go out less for a few days after inspections."

Takana nods and goes to the kitchen and starts getting ready

mina and hikari are both at their stations, mina looking a little glum while hikari has her normal expression.

kaeru is near mina, waiting for the cafe to open

The manager goes over to Takana, " can you start teaching our chef how to make the dishes you're already making? i know Izanagi mentioned you wanted some time off to visit family a bit back."

[MissyLooni]

Takana nods, "yeah i can do that. And regardless of whether i can actually see family or not it'd be good to have another chef to make these dishes in case the other catches a cold or something. Since it will be a slower day today its the perfect opportunity to teach him."

[Namari]

She nods, " that's what i was thinking. If you want a day off once he can manage these recipes i think we can work that in, just let me know."

[MissyLooni]

"I'll start off with the cury just because that is the easiest to do and its very easy to switch flavors of cury around without messing up."

[Namari]

She nods, " i trust you to get it done." she heads out of the kitchen and heads out, making sure everything is in order before she unlocks the doors and opens the cafe, only a few people coming in instead of their now usual flood.

Despite it being a lot slower than their normal days it was still probably more than they would have had since last inspection.

Takana is diligent with teaching the chef about the recipe's

The manager makes sure everything is going smoothly and with all hands on deck for the slow day she makes sure the new people are doing as much as possible to learn how to get it done.

Mina is letting the new hires focus on the guests that there are so they get proper experience and she takes care of getting some deep cleaning done now that she has time, whether its dusting on top of window frames, machines, or any where else that is hard to get done when its super busy

Hikari also takes the extra time by making sure the coffee and tea machines are thoroughly cleaned as well
