The day goes smoothly, everyone gets good breaks and the manager makes sure everyone gets a good lunch and lets the chef practice the dishes at the same time by giving the employees the practice dishes.

the employees are thankful for the managers generosity and for the easier day than normal.

takana is actually pretty confident in the chef's ability to make the curry

The manager was pleased, it wasn't like she could really risk serving the practice dishes to the customers and risk them being upset at a lower quality. So feeding her employees while letting him practice was the best solution. When she was told it was nearly up to Takana's usual she was pleased with the quick progress.

The end of the day comes and the shop closes down. Arakan comes in just before closing and sits at one fo the tables to the side, looking better rested for the first time in days having gotten some sleep that day. He had to be up at night with that demon still on the prowl, and wasn't about to forget to walk the employees home.

Takana and the chef work together to clean up the kitchen so that the chef knows where to put all of the extra things and foods away and cleaned up.

the girls go to the back to change out of their outfits before stepping back out, not wanting to make arakan wait.

takana steps out, holding a small grocery bag, the handles being tied tight to keep the contents inside warm. There had been a little extra rice and curry leftover from all the practicing so with permission granted by the manager he had spiced it up a LOT to give to arakan since the demon does a lot for them.
takana wouldnt give it to him now. not with everyone else around. but he figured since he and izanagi are the last ones to drop off it should be okay to give to him then.

Arakan nods when he sees them all, " alright, lets go." he gets up and with all of the employees following he heads out to get them to their respective homes.

The manager had been amused by the request, seeing as Takana had given the demon so much shit before. But she was glad to grant that request if it would help their situation. Plus he did do a lot for them when he wasn't obligated to, and did so much for their district. it was a well earned gift.

Izanagi notes the bag that Takana carries and tilts his head curiously.

they head out with the girls getting dropped off first as usual

takana had seen nagi's quizzical look and just shrugs in a 'dont worry about it' kind of way. he didnt want to say what it was if he didnt have to

Arakan makes sure everyone is dropped off and heads to Takana and Izanagi's apartment last, staying outside when they arrive. " alright, remember to stay inside at night. i still haven't found that demon yet."

Takana nods and frowns, "do you think that it left temporarily due to the inspection? He has to be counted for during that in his own area, right?"

[Namari]

Arakan sighs, " it's possible. im not leaving it to chance however. Even if he was absent it's not like they would have been able to find him. he could also be unregistered. It's dangerous, but some groups do so with some members to be able to use them more freely."

Takana grimaces, "That sounds... really scary..." he nervously holds the bag out to arakan, "Well, here. we had leftovers from how slow it was today and im sure you havent eaten considering how stressful things have been so take this. Its not anything special though! Just dont want food to go to waste!" he quickly turns and goes inside his apartment

Arakan nods, " it is scary, but so am i." he blinks as suddenly a bag of food is thrust at him and he takes it before he watches Takana rush into the building. He snorts softly in amusement, that one was interesting to say the least.

Izanagi quickly follows Takana in, " so that's what that was." he grins

Takana huffs at izanagi, "Dont say anything. we had extra and i figured he would eat it if i made it spicy."

[Namari]

Izanagi laughs, " you're really trying to butter him up lately."

[MissyLooni]

Takana turns bright red, "NO. No im not!!! im just an asshole so I have been... trying to not be an asshole."

Izanagi snickers, " sure. well you're doing pretty good at it."
