Topic: To Cross That Line (Namari x Missylooni)

[Namari]

Arakan nods to her to acknowledge the bow, not showing any change in expression at the house, although he was mentally filing this information away. He turns and starts towards Takana and Izanagi's residences as the other guy also lives near there.

[MissyLooni]

nikiri follows arakan, rubbing izanagi's shoulder for comfort as they walk.

takana starts to feel nervous as they get closer to where they live

[Namari]

Izanagi sighs happily, " i surprised you haven;t tried to get your kimono back from me."

Arakan is clearly alert, watching for any sign of danger as he leads the group.

[MissyLooni]

nikiri hums, "I have plenty at the moment. and if it gives you piece of mind then its perfect."

Takana felt weirdly exposed with nikiri staying close to izanagi and... well he didnt want to be the close to arakan

[Namari]

Izanagi snuggles in closer, " i hope you know im never giving it back."

Arakan glances back at Takana, "... im not going to let anything happen to you."

[MissyLooni]

Nikiri chuckles, "If you dont give it back i wont switch it out with a new one for you."

Takana jumping slightly when he hears arakan and he looks up at him for a little bit before quickly looking back down, not really knowing what to say

[Namari]

Izanagi frowns as he contemplates that. on one hand, keeping it. on the other hand... refreshed scent... " ...fine. but i will steal one from you if you don;t gimme a new one when you take the other one."

Arakan sighs, well he wanted the boy to be more respectful, afraid is at least an improvement from insolent. Soon they reach the apartment building and the other new guy goes to one of the buildings on the block. Arakan waits for them to go in, " stay inside while it's dark out. i'll be hunting that demon down tonight, but i cannot promise i will find him."

[MissyLooni]

Nikiri looks at izanagi and smiles, "Of course. now go inside."

Takana nervously glances at the higher ranked demons before heading inside

[Namari]

Izanagi reluctantly lets go of Nikiri and goes inside, " come on Takana."

Arakan watches them as they go in to make sure they get in safely, noting that Takana glances back at him and Nikiri and not changing his expression. Once the two lower ranked demons are safely inside he sighs, " you can go home if you wish, i know your family is still going through a difficult time."

[MissyLooni]

Nikiri hums softly, "summer is with mother now so i have some time. I do not mind assisting you with a little bit of a scavenger hunt,  after all,  my youngest siblings venture these streets every now and again and id rather it be safe for their benefit." He keeps his hand resting on the hilt of his katana, "an extra set of eyes is better than one set after all. "

[Namari]

Arakan nods, " very well." and starts walking, searching alleys and the worse parts of town. He wasn;t exactly thrilled about having Nikiri with but he knew the other could hold his own.

[MissyLooni]

Nikiri follows but keeps a short distance. He hates to admit it but it seems like an average night. Not even the sound of sewer rats were disturbing the night

Arakan gradually gets more and more irritable as they go, wanting this to be over with but resigned to the fact that it was unlikely they'd find this demon tonight.

[MissyLooni]

Nikiri glances at arakan and sighs, "i'm not sensing anything. Id almost assume he got what he came for here, however that cant be it since you hadnt been notified of anything today. Maybe he was smart enough to leave?"

[Namari]

Arakan snorts, " i doubt that. no, something tells me this is only the beginning... i hope i am wrong though." he sighs, " go home. this is pointless. we both need our strength if we're going to keep vigil for however long it takes to wipe this threat out."
