Takana blinks and frowns,  "hey,  don't say that. There are plenty of options to think of that don't involve you fucking
 your own future up. "

They reach the cafe and takana looks at arakan, "while I'm sure everyone here doesn't want another district butting in and disturbing the peace I can guarantee they'd also prefer you around as well."

Arakan looks over at Takana, " and if this other district decides to destroy ours, what other options do you see? i will not allow them to come here. Yes the ideal would be that it not come to that, but it is my duty to protect my people. i will not risk that sort of slaughter." he enters the cafe, " if i am gone, either another high ranking family will take over this district, or my parents will need to seek aid in obtaining another heir."

Takana huffs, "you're already locking yourself into a situation that hasn't happened yet. Who knows, maybe if this district becomes more popular with the humans then it'll be enough of a deterrent to keep him from doing anything else here. Regardless, you said you had work to do today so I'm ending this conversation before we have a stupid spat in public. Don't work too hard, and have a good day please."

Arakan grumbles, " i doubt he would give up so easily. but we shall see." he sits at one of the tables and texts Kaiten, who arrives shortly after and Arakan leaves.

Izanagi changes into his maid outfit and flounces around as he works.

takana heads inside and quickly starts working in the kitchen

After a few hours Arakan comes back, a bag of papers with him, and Kaiten heads home. Arakan sits and pulls some of the papers out to work on.

after a few hours of working, shiro quietly slips into the cafe.

His left arm is in a sling and his right eye is black and only slightly swollen but otherwise he is in one piece

Arakan glances up and notes Shiro's condition, waving him over to the table he's at.

Izanagi perks when he sees Shiro, " ooooo."

Shiro looks over at arakan waving him over and he goes over to the table, sitting down across from the demon, bowing his head a little, "A-apologies for the delay."

Arakan looks him over, " clearly it was for a reason. care to fill me in?"

Shiro blinks when arakan looks him up and down before glancing at himself and giving a weak smile, "Ah. my appearance has nothing to do with my absence. My brother was actually in a good mood so im pleased with the outcome of my injuries this time."

Arakan's eyes narrow, " this is a regular occurrence then? shameful. regardless, did you get the proof i asked for?"

Shiro blinks, slightly taken aback by arakans comment before deciding that the superior demon must mean that shiro's inability to defend himself was shameful, which made more sense to him. He holds out a flash drive, nodding, "Everything you need to know is in here. This device was the easiest way to bring all of this information across the border."

Arakan carefully takes the drive, " very well. i happen to know someone with a computer." he carefully puts the drive away, " i will look into it as soon as possible. you are welcome to remain here, and if you would like medical attention it's the least i can do."

Shiro rubs the back of his head, "ah. i appreciate the offer, however it would be best if i didnt stick around for long, and if i go back with these injuries in better care then that would be suspicious. No need to waste time on these anyways, its nothing im not used to." he nods to arakan respectfully, "now, if you'll excuse me, its best i head out. im glad i could catch you though."
