corrin shakes his head, "I could never be mad at my own blood. There's not many of us left you know. Not enough kuroshiba's in this world."

Kahana chuckles softly, " well i know Makoto isn;t technically your blood, but i know he tries very hard to be a worthwhile son to you as well. I would offer to have more children with you but having Yori was already so hard on me, and i think we're both a little old to be raising a baby again."

[MissyLooni]

corrin tsks softly, "he's... fine. he works very hard im sure. no, no im fine with yori being our last child."

[Namari]

Kahana puts her hand on his arm gently, " he's the reason we can go on this trip, and that you can rest without worrying about the company. he's working so hard to make sure you can gain your health back my love."

Corrin sighs, "While i appreciate the dedication to the job I agreed to this cruise for you and yori. I would have been just fine staying home and continuing my search for Takana. I just hope he's alright..."

[Namari]

Kahana presses her lips together, " of course. im glad you did come with, this is just what the doctor ordered. Im sure Takana is fine, though he's a selfish boy for causing his poor father so much stress when you already have heart problems..."

"You talk as though takana had left on his own instead of being kidnapped. Even if he and I didn't have the best relationship I am not blind to the sibling love he had with yori. I still remember how he quit going to his debate club after class because he felt bad that yori didn't have anyone to hang out with him. Takana would never have left on his own accord and leave yori alone like this."

[Namari]

Kahana scoffs softly, " come now dear, do you really think if he'd been kidnapped that his captors would have allowed him to take his personal effects? not to mention the only reason i can think of to kidnap the son of a wealthy businessman is to ransom him for money, which they'd likely do as soon as possible instead of holding onto him for so long. I know he cares for Yori but it simply makes no sense that he was taken against his will, his apartment was tidily packed up. That hardly seems like the scene of a crime."

Isabelle doesn't dare look at Kahana or corrin as they banter over takana.

Corrin gives her a hard look, "and that is a reason why I, as his father, shouldn't worry about if he's okay or not? If yori suddenly went missing wouldn't you be just as scared for him?"

[Namari]

Kahana waves a hand, " of course you can be worried, but that isn't going to make him come back any sooner. I'll bet anything he's just going through some rebellious phase and ran off. he'll be just fine and he'll come back when he's ready. And of course i would worry for Yori, he's my baby boy."


Yori sinks so most of his face is under the water, he did not like this conversation. He looks at Touhou to see how they're doing.

"And takana is MY baby boy as well. Why do you have such a poor relationship with my son? I know he is my exes son but that wouldn't give you the right to treat him so poorly." Corrin raises his voice, clearly becoming agitated

If you just look at touhou's face all you see would be a deadpan and bored expression.
However with yori being in the pool he'd be able to see touhou's legs first which are trembling terribly.
The little mouse maid would love to run since hearing corrin raise his voice is ptsd however running would give him an even greater punishment.

[Namari]

Kahana looks at her husband, " oh you know he never liked me much, since i stole you away and all. im not treating him poorly, im sorry that upset you my love. all children go through rebellious phases, it's part of growing up."

Yori gets out of the pool, " Touhou come with me and help me get dried off, i wanna go get something to eat and i don't wanna be wet."

Kahana waves a hand dismissively at her son.

Corrin huffs, "yes but you then retaliating against him is not at all motherly of you."

Touhou blinks at yori's request and looks at corrin.

Corrin waves his hand at touhou, "go with my child. Be useful and keep him safe."

Touhou gives a hesitant nod before going over to yori

Kahana blinks, " retaliating? i mean he and i have never had the best relationship but im not sure what you mean. i just don't see how this could have been a kidnapping situation, there was no sign of a struggle, his things were packed up, everything was cleaned and emptied. and there's been no demands, why take him if not to get something?"

Yori nods and grabs Touhou's hand and hurries away from his parents. He heads into an air conditioned room for changing clothes and rinsing off. " sorry to drag you off so suddenly, i don;t really need help. it just looked like you were upset. lemme rinse the chlorine off and you can sit down and rest for a bit for now okay?" he heads into the shower to get cleaned off.

Corrin huffs, "I just can't believe that he would just... leave. I would wager my own life's worth on it. He's always been.... such a kind child."

Touhou looks relieved to be in an ac room, distracting him a little until he hears yori say that he looked upset.
He blinks and watches yori go to the showers.
He frowns a little, pulling out his notepad and pen, taking this opportunity to write a question for the youngest master once he's done getting showered off
