Yori laughs a little, " well come on then." He heads back to grab a new plate and load it with more of his favorites.

Touhou follows yori and grabs another plate, filling it with more food. Some repeats that he really like before and then a few new items to try

Yori waits until Touhou is done filling his plate, and brings his own full again plate to the table with another drink, " this is so nice. no parents being gushy with each other, no Makoto making snide remarks, no mom fussing at me..."

Touhou follows closely behind yori with a new drink as well, sitting down at the table.
He listens to yori talk, giving a hesitant nod, 'I am also enjoying myself, its been a while since I had a break from Mr. Kuroshiba. I am unsure how I can properly thank you for treating me like an equal.'

[Namari]

Yori rubs the back of his neck, " shouldn't have to thank me for trying to not be shitty."

[MissyLooni]

Touhou shrugs, 'it's still appreciated so I would like to return the kindness.'

Yori lets a long breath out, " uh, well i guess just... be my friend? without Takana around it's been lonely. He's busy with his own stuff and i can't bug Isabelle all the time, and mom's been really clingy and Makoto never wants me around and when he does he just kind of yells at me or tells me how spoiled and what a disappointment i am so..."

touhou blinks and frowns, ' you're not spoiled at all though nor are you a disappointment.'

Yori sighs softly, " well im definitely spoiled, how else could i get away with so much? if i want something pretty much i just have to say so and i'll get it. And im a disappointment to mom and Makoto. Mom tells me all the time i need to pick better friends to hang with, i need to find a girl with a good family to marry and have kids. And Makoto always says i need to figure my shit out, go to college and make something of myself..." He sighs, looking down at his plate and poking at his food.

touhou's eyes narrow and he slowly grabs his notebook, flips to a new fresh page and begins to furiously write down for a good minute or so before pushing the notebook towards yori, 'you have privilege's that do allow you to have things in your life that most wouldnt but that doesnt mean your spoiled necessarily. And whether it means anything coming from me or not I absolutely dont think you are a disappointment. I had the opportunity to watch you grow from a baby so I have seen the friends you have made, I know the report cards you got, I know the rules that you follow and the manners that you were raised with. You dont throw a tantrum when you dont get your way, you dont smoke, drink, or do drugs. And you have clearly shown me that you have critical thinking skills that have allowed you to be opened minded and kind like Takana is. Your mother is overbearing at best and Makoto didnt fall far from the tree. HE is the one who is a spoiled, narcissistic, tantrum having disappointment. He knows that the moment you or Takana tell Corrin that you want the company he'll just give it to you instead of working for it because you are his children by blood and its that kind of resentment that Makoto has where it makes him say cruel, terrible things to you that are not true. Dont listen to him. I know that if Takana was here he would agree with me and maybe might beat up makoto. depending if your mother was nearby or not.'

Touhou rubs his wrist. been a while since he had to write so much so fast

Yori blinks, taking his time to read it and his face flushing as he pushes it back, "i guess so. thanks."

Touhou leans back in his seat and his tail comes up to his plate and wraps around a buttered bun, he uses his own tail instead of his hands to bring it up to his mouth and taking a bite. He'll need to burn that page later so that neither parent sees it. he isnt sure about corrin but he knows that if kahana saw what he wrote then he would surely get in trouble

Yori pokes at his food some more, taking a few more bites, " i suppose we should probably go back soon, otherwise moms gonna start freaking out."

'well no need to rush. She forced you out here to have a fun vacation so why not HAVE a fun vacation and do some stuff away from them?

Yori chuckles, " yeah but she also wants me to hang out with dad. And if I'm gone too long she'll probably start to freak. She's kinda over protective."
