Takana huffs softly, the awkward feeling of his tail not being able to move in response to his anger didn't make him feel any less angry, "she just got back from a cruise so she hadn't exactly had the time to gather what she can. It might be a while yet."

Izanagi nods, " i know, but that and the dirt should probably be something to focus on."

[MissyLooni]

Takana's ears move back and he grumbles softly, "I mean... yeah but... ugh why you gotta make sense now? That's not like you."

Izanagi shrugs, " as yummy as food is, i want to be able to live my life and not worry about dying if i do something wrong."

[MissyLooni]

"Well I'm trying to get there..."

" I know. You asked why I was making sense. I answered. Hard to enjoy life when you're always afraid."

takana doesnt respond. he keeps his ears flat against his hand before going to the bathroom, his original destination, for a much needed shower.

Arakan browses his phone until a knock at the door sounds, telling him his relief is here. He heads to the door, acknowledges Kaiten and glances back, " let Takana know i left to get work done." and heads out.

Kaiten yawns, " i'll be on the roof. make sure to yell if anything happens." he heads up to the roof to settle in for guard duty.

Izanagi blinks and shrugs, heading into his room and picking through his clothes to decide what he wants to wear.

Takana happily showers, trying to keep his tail dry. he soon steps out and wraps himself in a towel quickly.

once dry he gets dressed and wraps his tail with his towel to get anything wet off, "stupid fur..."

He peeks out of the bathroom and blinks when he doesnt see arakan. He steps out and blinks some more, his ears shifting back and forth as he tries to hear for arakan

Izanagi looks up from the couch, " he left, he had things to do. Kaiten is on the roof."

takana looks at izanagi, "Oh... okay, thats good. gives me a chance to properly dry out my tail before shoving it back in the stocking."

Izanagi chuckles softly, " yeah fur's gonna be a pain in the butt. don;t forget to take your ears off too."

takana perks up a bit, "Oh yeah! then i wouldnt have to deal with it wet too!" he puts the ring on before grabbing his ears and popping them off.
his tail behind him shrivels up and the fur falls out before the tail falls off like a quickly decayed limb.

Takana hears the 'clunk' of his tail hitting the floor and looks behind him at the weird raisiny looking stick, "oh.... ew." he mutters softly before picking up the stick, "um. so this is what happens. gross."

Izanagi makes a disgusted loo as he sees the nasty stick, " what the actual fuck."

Takana clears his throat a little before tossing it in the trash, "Oooookay... i suppose i wasnt really sure as to what would happen but i was really hoping it wouldnt be that."
