Indigo raises an eyebrow, " you are not your father, your species is not something I care about, and your worth is not measured by what you can give me."

She just stares at him a little bit before sighing, "you really are the opposite of my husband."

Indigo snorts, " i should hope so, he sounds like a dick."

Isabelle cant help but giggle softly before looking away, "you're not wrong."

Indigo smiles, " that is a beautiful sound. Anyway, have you eaten lunch? we can go to the C-A-F-E if you're hungry."

Isabelle glances between sapphire and indigo, "ah i havent eaten."

Indigo chuckles, " alright, then we can go to the cafe."

Sapphire gasps, " CAFE!!!! YAY!" she squeals and scrambles to her feet.

" No running!" Indigo scolds, shaking his head. He holds his hand out to Isabelle to help her up, " shall we?"

isabelle smiles when she sees sapphire get excited and takes indigo's hand, "That sounds lovely."

Indigo helps her up before letting go, not wanting to be improper. " we save it for special occasions. i think this counts. she loves eating at the cafe."

Sapphire does grabby hands at Indigo, who takes her hand. She looks at Isabelle for a moment before doing grabby hand with her free hand at her.

Indigo blinks, " oh, Saph you just met her, don;t be demanding."

isabelle cant help but smile and take sapphire's hand, "I dont mind at all. its not like i'll get to do this often. Like you said, its a special occasion."

Indigo smiles, " well then, looks like you get all the treats today Saphy." he heads out of the house and to the cafe.

Sapphire giggles as she skips between them, lifting her feet to hang off the ground, her brother hoisting her up when she does that.

isabelle also lifts sapphire, enjoying herself more than she has in a while

Indigo chuckles, smiling ear to ear at the sight of Isabelle and Sapphire having so much fun.

Sapphire is having a blast, squealing and giggling the whole way.

Indigo lets go of her hand to open the door when they get to the cafe to let both girls inside first.

Isabelle gives a quick thanks to indigo before ushering sapphire inside, "What are you going to get sapphire?"

" wamen oodles!" she grins up at Isabelle.

Indigo chuckles, " their ramen is fantastic. even without Takana cooking it it's still pretty good. hm, im debating between that and the curry myself."
