Shiro shrugs and gently sets izanagi down in the bathroom, on the toilet seat so he's not standing, "uh well... we rely on jugs of water from a nearby spring that isn't contaminated for drinking and everyone washes when it rains. Regardless it's not important. How does the shower work? Just gotta turn a knob or something?"

Izanagi makes a face, " wow, they really set you guys up as savages huh? yeah, turn that knob that's about waist height about three quarters of the way, that'll be warm water. then you grab that little thing sticking off the spout the water comes out of and pull it up, that'll switch it from that faucet down there to the showerhead."

Shiro sighs, "it's one of the MANY reasons why I wish to take over. I know my district deserves so much better. But in order to do that my brother needs to be out of the picture and I'll need a monogamous mate... it'll be tough but I'll figure it out."

He gets the water going and checks the temp briefly before picking up izanagi and bringing him into the shower, "here we are."

Izanagi sighs, " well, I'm sure once you take over you'll have demons falling over each other to have you for a mate, so I wouldn't worry too much about that. And I know Arakan is working on trying to figure out how to get rid of your brother. If anyone can do it, it's him. After all, look at all the amazing changes he's managed to bring here." Izanagi perches on the side of the tub and tips his head under the water, working on getting the cum out of his hair first.

Shiro nods and gently washes nagi's hair, "if anyone deserves to take out my brother it is arakan. He is simply amazing. As for the mates... i dont know about that... I may earn some resistance amongst my people since everyone knows i shouldnt even breathe. It is unfortunate."

Izanagi blinks when Shiro starts working on his hair, " oh, thank you. i mean... your family does the whole 'power transfer on death' stuff right? once that happens they can't really deny that you're the new heir. and if they do, kick their butts. Arakan has to kick some butts sometimes, after all hellhounds and ice phoenixes are supposed to be genetically incompatible. He wasn;t supposed to exist naturally, and since they didn;t seek aid in conception, some people question if he's legit, and challenge him over it. a butt kicking fixes that."

Shiro sighs, "i... I know I just... all of our citizens are c or b rank since my brother killed the weaker demons and I just... as someone who was born without strength I'm nervous about fighting. I don't even know what powers my family has and as for the transfer on death thing, I'm gonna end it. I don't want my child to have to kill their parents in order to have strength. I feel like tradition is just an old person's routine and if we're going to start fresh then I'm doing away with it. The transfer of power is something that can be taken away and given at any point in time but the killing aspect is the idea the the power can not be taken away when you're the leader but that means there is no trust between child and parent."

Izanagi blinks, " so your parents could just take the power back once your brother is dead? That's not good."

Shiro sighs, "they are a stickler for tradition however in hoping to talk some sense into them. I'm sure if I promise to kill them and I already have a mate they will relent to save face and claim that my life was a giant test of will and I blah blah blah. Mother had a hell of a time being pregnant and has adamantly refused to have another child so if they want to continue their line they have no choice but to accept me finally."

Izanagi hums, " well, sounds like you gotta find a mate then. the people in your district are jerks so i suppose you should probably be spending your time here out looking for someone good instead of goofing around here with me. don;t get me wrong, im enjoying my time, but im not so selfish as to keep you to myself when this might be your best chance."
