Yori sighs, " i should get a job. i don;t want to, but i should be more helpful. im just a lump."

[MissyLooni]

Takana pauses and glances at yori and hums softly, "well a job could certainly give you a bit more sense of purpose. I'm not sure what could be out there though... I could ask arakan next time I see him. Who knows, maybe Karim could use help at his shop now that he is selling to a bunch of humans on the daily. He might need someone at the register so he can focus on creating and tailoring and its quite possible that getting a demon to service humans is not gonna happen anytime soon."

Yori blinks, " that might work...you're awesome thank you."

[MissyLooni]

Takana nods, "of course! I'll send arakan a text to see if anything is available."

Takana starts getting ready for the day

Yori nods, " have a good day at work!" he heads to the kitchen to grab something easy to eat (especially since he had no idea how to make anything really) and see if he could help with anything.

Imogen and nikiri are chatting in the kitchen, Imogen with her tea medicine and a piece of toast.

Yori scoots by to grab some toast himself, " morning. how's everything going?"

Nikiri and Imogen say good morning to yori

Nikiri stretches and hums, "going alright it seems. Kids are at their lessons and I was informed that an item is finished for arakan so I have to let him know when he has a free moment to go collect it. How has your morning been? "

Yori pouts, " Takana woke me up really early, but we went back to sleep so i guess that's okay. he gave me a pretty good idea that maybe if Isabelle doesn;t have anything i can help with i could see if... i think Takana said his name was Karim? anyway if he needed help since his shop has been so popular."

Nikiri blinks and nods, "that is a decent idea. You're not bothered by humans so you wouldn't mind working with them. Not bad. And yeah, I saw all three of you cuddling. It was pretty adorable not gonna lie."

Yori blinks then blushes, " o-oh, he left the door open? ah-ha... great."

Nikiri chuckles, "it's quite alright. I do hope things turn out well for your job search. I would like to see you relax a bit more here."

Yori is still red in the face, " well it's a little embarrassing you saw me like that... um, yeah. hopefully. i just want to feel like im less of just a burden and more helpful you know? after all, im just kind of mooching off you..."

Imogen laughs softly, "you being here gives me a reason to still own this home. Besides your little mousey friend is more than making up for it."

Yori scuffs at the floor with his shoe, " but that's him, not me. im not doing much. im glad me being here lets you keep this place, but i don't just want to be here just to be here, does that make sense?"
