Davie hums, "must still be annoying. At any rate, I'll head to the cafe after lunch then."

Indigo nods, " sounds like a plan." he glances out over the humans entering the district, bored. He really wanted to be let go from guard duty so he could spend more days with Isabelle.

Isabelle stands at the entrance of her home, over seeing the movers take makoto's things out of her home.

an officer, security specialist, and a locksmith stand next to her, also waiting before the locksmith works on changing the locks while the security camera's are added/replaced to ensure makoto doesnt have access to anything.

takana happily works in the kitchen, making sure yori is also taken care of

Yori tries to not bother Takana much, only talking to him when things are slow.

Indigo calls over the walkie to tell other guards when to take their breaks, making sure only one pair is gone at a time. After the lunch rush when things would die down he lets everyone know he and Davie will be taking their break now. " alright, still want to go to the cafe?"

Davie looks up at indigo and smiles, nodding, "Yeah let's go!"

Indigo heads out of the little guard post and locks it behind them, heading to the cafe, " try not to be weird okay? there's gonna be a bunch of demons there."

Izanagi waits tables, pouting as he works because he missed out on trying the new menu item before.

Davie gives a hesitant nod, "I uh... I'll do my best."

Indigo heads in, looking around to assess the situation before heading back to the kitchen.

Yori is leaning against the doorway to the kitchen chatting with Takana when he sees Indigo, " oh, hey indigo."

Indigo nods, " Yori. Takana, I have someone who'd like to talk with you if you have a few minutes?"

Takana pauses is dish washing since it's after the lunch rush and he blinks, "talk to me?"

Davie is very distracted by all the cute demons working at the cafe.

Indigo nods, " indeed. Davie?"

Izanagi looks over, curious.

Yori tilts his head, " i'll go sit then..." he sits at a table, not wanting to butt in.

davie blinks and looks at indigo, "yeah?"

takana's eyes widen and he drops the sponge before moving past indigo and sees davie, "H-holy shit it- its really you!"

davie looks at takana and slowly holds up his hand to wave a little, "hi. long time no see?"

Takana grabs davie and pulls him into a hug, "Where the fuck have you been all this time? I thought you were dead, the whole school thought you were dead!"

Indigo blinks, looking Davie, " when you said you two knew each other way back, you didn't mention that you apparently went missing. He and i have been assigned to guard duty together."

Davie hesitantly hugs takana, "uh. It's a long story. I'm just shocked that you're here takana. Does your dad kn-"

Takana quickly pulls away from the hug and gives him a look, "my story is long as well. No need to bring it up, especially in public."

Davie blinks, "oh. Uh okay. Well maybe we can hang out sometime and catch up? So we're all on the same page?"

Takana nods, "that sounds just fine. Guard duty means you're one of the inner guards then? It'll probably be easier for me to visit you then instead of you finding time for me."

Indigo shakes his head, " crazy. Davie, you also wished to ask about food that would reheat well or be good cold? And you can text me Takana to find out which post we're at since im assigned with him."

Takana blinks and nods, "got it." He looks at Davie, "I can make some curry pockets, as I call them. It's just curry wrapped in rice like a rice ball and then I batter it and cover it in panko which then gets fried. It's delicious hot or cold and it's easy to eat since you can just hold it and you don't need plates or utensils."

Davie nods curiously, "okay. Would it get your fingers messy though? From the fry oil?"

Takana hums softly and nods, "it can happen but I could also get a strip of wax or parchment paper to use to hold it or even supply some wet wipes to wipe your fingers with. It's not that oily so it'll be minimal but if you became ocd over the years then it might bother you a bit."

Davie rubs the back of his head, "they do sound really good..."
