"a keese is a.... it....." link blinks and frowns, "i'll point one out when they come out. they fly after dark." Link gets to the top of the exterior walls and immediately scans the field

Ike shrugs and looks out over the field, " seems quiet enough. For now anyway."

[MissyLooni]

Link nods, "No bokoblins at all.... keese are even quiet." Link watches as the sun sets, getting to the point of day where the residual light reaches the sky despite the sun no longer being above the horizon.
Link sighs softly as he watches, "Dusk...."

Ike chuckles, " still have no idea what you're talking about." He leans against the railing, looking out.

[MissyLooni]

Link glances over to his left and he smiles, "There's some keese off in the distance over there. They are pretty far away though so I wont worry about them."

[Namari]

Ike walks closer over to that side and squints, " uh, those dark flying thingies?"

[MissyLooni]

"Yeah! they have leathery wings and they come out at night." He chuckles and looks back at the horizon

Ike rubs his chin, " they sound a lot like bats." he shrugs, " strange how so many things can be similar, and yet so different."

[MissyLooni]

Link sighs softly, "Dusk is so comforting...."

[Namari]

Ike chuckles, " well you and i have had very different upbringings then. dusk tends to make me nervous, but that's because the lighting is hard to see in. Night's not much better, the best times to get ambushed."

[MissyLooni]

"I suppose that makes sense... for us dusk is a brief moment of peace. The hero previous was the hero of Twilight. So for a lot of people they believe that this is the safest time of day. There are stories that he could turn in to a wolf too. Seems crazy but it also makes wolves a protected animal here."

[Namari]

Ike raises an eyebrow, " interesting... and yet that seems to be the time of day monsters come out?" he shakes his head, " turning into a wolf? wolfs are a threat where we come from, they kill livestock and threaten people."

[MissyLooni]

Links quiet for a little bit, mulling over ike's words, "i... think i was saved by a wolf once... but it was so long ago."

Ike blinks, " weird... well they must be different here than where we come from."

[MissyLooni]

Link shrugs, "From the sounds of it this world must seem VERY weird for you."
