Impa shakes her head, " anyway, now that we have one of our new guests, we should try and learn some things from him. what useful things does your world have? magics we may be able to learn, fighting styles, weapons we can attempt to replicate that may be superior to our own, or at least improve them, so on and so forth."

Soren looks at Impa and nods, "I'd be more than happy to divulge any information that may help you. I was actually curious about your world as well. Mainly these items you call potions. It appears Ike has heard a little bit about them and now he won't stop talking about them. I'll admit, after he informed me about what they are capable of I did request one of your nurses to check him for a concussion."

Link blinks and snorts softly as he looks away, trying not to laugh.

Know barks out a laugh, " your friend is fine, we do indeed have wonderful potions we brew. I assume he probably was talking about the red ones. They heal wounds almost instantly. "

Soren blinks and nods, "ah. So its not just health potions. There are different types."

[Namari]

Impa nods, " correct. we also have ones with magic restorative properties. there are various other brew that can do various things, such as making you stronger or increasing endurance for awhile, but there's no real definitive recipe for them right now. Anyway the red is the most important for the obvious reasons."

soren blinks and frowns, "so what gives them the ability to heal at such an efficient rate? Are the potions themselves magic?"

Impa glances at Zelda, " im actually not certain. many things in our world seem to have incredible properties, i suppose that could be considered magical. It just seems to be the way things are here."

[MissyLooni]

Zelda nods, "it is believed its because the Goddess Hylia blessed this land for all those who lived on it. So everything that grows will have a part of her, giving them their unique properties. However not everyone remembers those old tales and we've just come to accept that it is what it is. I'm sure the castle's library would have more information, if you don't mind digging through old and dusty books."

Soren smiles, "You would be surprised as to how much I love old and dusty books."

[Namari]

Impa nods, " yes, that. I don't concern myself with lore as much, i stick with facts and training." she chuckles, " well we certainly have plenty of dusty old books. you'll have a hayday if you enjoy such."

[MissyLooni]

Soren nods and smiles, "Yes, well, considering I was taught how to read before I was able to speak I always considered books to have a special spot in my heart."

Link blinks and tilts his head to the side. He opens his mouth and points to his own throat curiously.

Soren looks at Link, "im assuming you are asking for clarification?"

Link smiles and nods.

Soren smiles warmly, "Show me to this library of yours and I will be glad to share that story with you."

Link whips his head to look at impa.

Impa blinks as suddenly Link stares at her, " what? you don;t need my permission to go to the library with him, go ahead."

Link grins and grabs Soren's hand and starts dragging Soren out of the room.

Soren gives a short yelp and allows himself to be dragged by Link

Zelda waits until they are both gone before sighing, "Link certainly doesn't like to sit still for more than 5 minutes."

Lana smiles, "And he has new people to give him an excuse to keep moving."

[Namari]

Impa laughs softly, " i think it's good for him to be interacting with people like this. Most people have such high expectations of him." she gets up, " well soldiers won;t recruit themselves, i'll head into town and see if i can round up some fresh blood."

Sothe meanwhile has picked a few locks to let himself into otherwise locked areas of the castle, making note of anything somewhat valuable looking. After awhile he pockets a small decorative statue, covered in gems.

Zelda stands up and stretches, "im going to retire to my room unless you need anything lana."

Lana shakes her head, "nope! You get some rest okay princess? I'm sure you were up half the night worrying about link."

Zelda blushes and looks at lana, "I- I WAS DOING NO SUCH THING."

Lana whistles softly, "sooooooo convincing. My power has come back to me so I'm gonna see if i cant speed up the recovery of sheik. He is still pretty out."

Zelda watches lana leave, trying to will the blush from her face to go away.
