Ike raises an eyebrow, " uh, sure? why not." He shakes his head and starts back towards the town.

As they get back to town link sighs and keeps his eyes to the ground

Ike makes his way to the meat stand, " hey! hows it going?"

Tergo smiles at them, "oh its going! Made enough today where i could take a day off tomorrow."

Link gives a fake frown and slaps the back of his hand to his forehead.

Tergo laughs, "i know kid, 'what will i do without your skewers?!' Am i right?"

Link smiles and nods.

Tergo shakes his head, "I'm sure you can live with the mess halls meat for a day."

Link sticks his tongue out and shakes his head quickly

Ike laughs softly, " well im glad my little show did that well for you. a day off is always nice. If you want some that bad we can take some with us to eat tomorrow Link."

Link nods quickly, licking his lips.

Tergo laughs, "it seems like i've ruined you for meat now huh? You've always been a picky eater."

Ike laughs softly, " well i guess i can blame you for that then. we'll just have to keep stocked on those skewers of yours and reheat them when we're at the castle. Got a dozen? that should see us through tomorrow."

Tergo grabs them and starts wrapping them up in one bundle, "here you go boys! On the house as my thanks!"
He holds the wrapped up skewers out to ike.

Ike shakes his head, " no, i can;t possibly accept that. nah, you can charge the princess, i have a fancy token that says so." He flashes it and grins before taking the bundle. " if you ever want another day off im sure Link and i sparring can draw quite the crowd."

Tergo smirks and shakes his head, "im sure that would give me a week off. You boys have a good day."

Ike laughs, " can't have that, poor Lin would die of starvation if you took a week off. We'll just have to make sure you don;t make that much, or make you our personal meat cooker when you have time off thanks to us." he shakes his head in laughter, " alright, lets head out Link."

"well just visit while I'm taking a vacation then! All the free skewers you could dream of."

Link smiles and waves at Tergo

Ike chuckles as they walk off, " glad i could help him out, even if it was as simple as me doing some training shirtless, he seems like a good guy and deserves the day off."

Link nods and happily follows Ike, the amount of people around keep link from speaking.

Ike figured as much, glancing over to see the other nod. Before long they're back at the castle and he head into the kitchens, " lets put these away so they keep better." He finds cold storage and tucks them out of sight.
