After a while they get to the lake and link looks at ike, guiding his bird closer to him, "you doing alright? You can either go to the shore and let your bird lower to the ground or you can let go and land in the water."

Ike keeps his eyes closed, " i don't know, im waiting to die. how do you know when you're dead? because the only logical ending to this is death."

Link blinks and sticks close to ike, deciding to stay close to him as they gently land on the ground. Link sets his cuckoo on to the ground before checking on ike, "hey, you okay?"

Ike stumbles as he lands as his eyes were closed and he couldn;t see. He cracks one eye open, " am i dead? didn;t feel like i died." he opens his eyes and looks at Link, " chickens...we flew...on chickens..."

Link carefully takes the cuckoo from ike and lets it go before looking at ike, "i told you i did it all the time. Did you think i was lying?"

Ike shakes his head, " well, no. but also, it's a chicken. it makes no sense at all."

"Again, fairies." Link chuckles and pats ike's back before removing his tunic

Ike snorts, " yeah well they're magic, that kind of makes sense. that's a fucking chicken, they shouldn;t even be able to lift themselves off the ground, let alone anything else with them."

Link shrugs, "i guess? I never really questioned it." Link removes everything but his briefs before dipping in to the water

Ike sighs and strips down to his boxers as well, " wow... well, im alive and that's what matters i guess. If Soren thought i was losing it when i told him about the fairies he'll have me admitted for this one."

Link chuckles, "then we'll have to make him do it too. You did really good for a first time."

[Namari]

Ike shakes his head, " i don;t know if you'll be able to convince him. well, maybe if he sees me do it first. im not sure i want to do it again though." he wades into the lake.

Link shrugs, "i could always show him." Link swims around for a minute before dipping below the waters surface

Ike leans back and floats on his back, just relaxing.

Link swims back up and glances at ike, he grins before quietly getting out of the water.

Iida snoops around the halls at the castle until he gets to links room. He pulls out some bent, thin pieces steel and sticks them into the keyhole to links door. Glancing around before going back to picking the lock.
