Ike nods and heads to the cafe, filling two trays and bringing them back, setting the one with many of Sorens favorites down for him before digging into his own.

Soren had cleared his table to make room for the food and he smiles when ike returns, "thank you so much." he happily starts eating

ike nods, " i know you, and you have a habit of forgetting to eat. can;t be having that with how things are right now."

soren bushes slightly and pauses in his eating before sighing, "Y-yeah you're not wrong... i guess..." he frowns a little before going back to eating

Ike sighs, " sorry." he soon clears his tray and sits back, sighing happily, " damn they have good grub here."

Soren finishes all of his food and hums, "yeah they surprisingly have quite an array of foods. I suppose considering this food feeds the princess it must be very high quality."

Ike nods, " no kidding. soldier fare fit for a princess. im gonna miss this when we go home."

soren chuckles, "you're gonna show up back home with a bag full of food and your men will think you're crazy."

Ike laughs, " they're gonna think im even crazier when i tell them about the healing crap and magical shit we've seen."

soren snorts, "no shit. they're all going to leave you thinking you've gone and hit your head too hard."

Ike nods, " or tie me up and put me in a lovely padded room for my own safety." he grins.

"They certainly might." He pushes himself and winces slightly, "this damned nausea gets me every time I get up too quickly. This whole thing just blows."

Ike grimaces, " maybe there's something we can get you for that. i'll talk to the nurse later. probably about time for me to hide in your bathroom right now though, Link ought to be getting back soon."

soren hums "yes you hiding would be good... i might use this nausea to get him in my room. I'll hopefully be back." he takes a deep breath before hiding the two trays, grabbing some books and heading out to the hallway, and gets himself to lean against the wall.

after a few minutes link rounds the corner and blinks when he sees soren, "Soren? You dont look so good. do you need some help?"

Soren looks up at link and gives a weak smile, "Ah. Link. perfect timing. I actually could use some help with these books. I almost made it back to my room but i suddenly got dizzy."

Link quickly takes the books and huffs, "Geez soren didnt ike already give you shit about doing this?" he heads into sorens room, setting them on his table.

Soren follows link and sits down, sighing heavily, "Yes, yes, yes. ike's word is law."

Link snorts, "Well now i wouldnt say that. How are you holding up?"

Soren shrugs, "okay i guess? as well as i can get. but for the most part i feel stuck to my room and no one visits me."

Link frowns and quickly sits down, "Im sorry. I'll sit and chat with you for a while."

soren smiles, "Thank you link that means a lot to me."

Ike tucks himself into the bathroom and leaves the door cracked, grinning when he hears Links voice, letting him know the plan was working. he carefully sits against the wall to listen.
