Ike slides a chunk off the end and pops it into his mouth, chewing happily.

tergo grins, glad that they are enjoying his food, "so what are you boys up to today?"

link swallows what he was already chewing, "um, well we were just kinda enjoying the day together."

Ike nods, " yup, spending the day together. i'll say this is a pretty good start."

tergo nods, "Agreed, but i may just be bias."

Link chuckles and keeps eating, demolishing the skewers he grabbed

Ike chuckles, " slow down, we can always come back later. should probably buy some extras to toss in the col room for you too. i remember you liked having them even cold."

link licks his lips and hums, "I dont want to slow down though. it's been too long since i last had tergo's skewers."

tergo snorts, "That wouldnt be a problem if you came by more often."

Link looks at tergo and gives a nervous chuckle, "Sorry, been busy."

Ike sighs, " it's been a bit hectic. i'll try and get him out here more often." he gently pries them away from Link, " come on, slow down or you're gonna make yourself sick."

Link blinks and pouts briefly before sighing, "alright, alright." he looks back at tergo and smiles, "Yeah i'll try to come back often."

Tergo ums, "Its quite alright Link. I know things just happen. I'm just glad to see you with a smile on your face for once."

Ike finishes off his last one and waves to Tergo, " we'll probably be back today yet. i'd just rather not ruin our day by letting him get sick." he tosses the sticks into a nearby bin, " alright, lets go."

link happily waves goodbye to tergo before looking at ike, Oh I wouldnt get sick. Not from too much meat anyway."

Ike raises an eyebrow, " really? you've never eaten so much you've puked before? because i 100% have."

Link chuckles, "Maybe from other foods, but not from meat. I tend to use up the calories i get from it very quickly and unlike other foods it doesnt sit in my stomach forever."

Ike shakes his head, " well regardless we can swing back later and enjoy more. no need to fill up now." he spots a stall with some armor and goes over, " hey check out these gauntlets."

link blinks and follows ike, seeing the gauntlets, "Ah yeah. They have some decent couplers on these."

the shopkeep nods, "yes, yes! the couplers and the joint grips are coated in an oil that is secreted by boars and it improves not only how quiet these can be but it also helps how fluid your fingers feel and there's no worry about rusting if these get soaked. they will last a really long time."
