Orion blinks, "oh. Why would liking guys be an issue?"

Ren rubs his neck, " it's not... very accepted back home. matings are usually to produce young. two males can't do that. and again, those that look like my kind are not as favored out here. most prefer those that look more... as you do. no claws or fangs, hair, soft skin, flatter faces." he shrugs, " anyway it's not a big deal, i still enjoy the life i have been living, i do not need... fake sex organs or a mate to keep me happy."

Orion shrugs, "i suppose if i could i would prefer the real thing but... i would get in trouble for not being... pure."

[Namari]

Ren's tail lashes in anger, " well, that is how you choose to live." he wanted to say more, to scorn the way the other fawned over his 'master'. but he knew it would do no good.

Orion blinks before sighing, "i... suppose i never had a reason to ask..." he looks confused briefly before pushing his thoughts to the side, "the datapad thingy has, like, a way to take notes right?"

Ren nods, " yes. it has many ways of recording information. you can record clips of your voice, you can make checklists, you can just jot notes down that it'll store away." he was glad the other changed the subject.

Orion nods, "good. Im going to start compiling a list of questions i have for.... Mr. Colligan when i get back home."

[Namari]

Ren blinks and smiles, " i think that's a good idea. do you want me to show you how?"

[MissyLooni]

Orion nods, "yeah.  I'd appreciate that a lot actually. "

[Namari]

Ren pulls his own datapad out and scroll down, showing the other a checklist app and pushing it, opening a page with single lines for writing the things down and boxes next to them to check them off as completed.

Orion blinks as he watches, "i see.. and our datspads are the same? So i should be able to locate this on mine?"

[Namari]

He nods, " not exactly the same, but similar enough that it shouldn;t be an issue. i can try and find it on yours if that'd help."

Orion hums, "when we get back to the ship."

[Namari]

he nods and puts his datapad away. " so, what next?"

[MissyLooni]

Orion looks at ren and shrugs, "completely up to you."
