Renshajoh chuckles, " everything is fine. our ship is nearly repaired though and we'll probably be departing today. Orion wanted to say goodbye before we left, you've made quite the impression it seems." he steps aside to let the smaller male go ahead.

Missy blinks and smiles when she sees orion, "oh shucks son you didnt-" she makes a soft oof sound when orion runs up and hugs her tightly

Orion shudders and sniffles, "i'm... gonna... ginna miss you."

Ren sighs softly, " you know i can give you her contact info too right? it's not the same as seeing her in person, but you can talk to her whenever you like."

Missy gives orion a hug before letting go.

Orion sniffles and lets go, nodding, "i know... i just... it wont be the same. I wanna come back some day if i can."

Missy smiles, "our door is always open for you two."

Ren blinks, " you want to come back here? well, i suppose it would be nice to see them again. i hope you're able to do that."

Orion is quiet and he sighs, "yeah. Its nice here. Good bye missy."

Missy smiles, "goodbye orion. And goodbye ren. Safe travels alright?"

Ren nods, " you stay safe as well, there are many dangers, even someplace as far out as this." he looks at Orion, " are you ready to go?"

Orion looks up at ren and nods. He was feeling suddenly tired after running. Something he was definitely not used to.

Ren waves to Missy and heads back towards the ship, going at a brisk walk.

Orion follows ren, having to move slightly faster in order to keep up with ren

They soon reach the ship, and Ren looks at Orion, " try not to be too sad. there is always pain when leaving people you've grown fond of, but that is the beauty of traveling, you get to meet many such people, and each one will hold a place in your heart. even when you leave them, they will have made a mark on you that lasts a lifetime. you may meet some not so nice people too, but every experience, good or bad makes you stronger, and shape you into the person you will become over your life." he smiles, then heads in to his room.

Orion stops walking and blinks when ren talks to him, almost in awe at the wisdom before also going inside

Ren goes over to his desk and pulls out a sheet of paper, his little speech having made him miss a few of the people he'd left behind so he writes to them.

Orion sits back on the bed and grabs his book

Ren scripts the events of the past few days before sealing up the letter and setting it aside with the others, to be sent when they next reach a larger hub. He looks over, " anything else interesting in that book of yours?"
