Orion cant help but chuckle when he sees the cards fall, "i can always shuffle next time if its easier for you?"

Ren shrugs, " it may be easier for you. i have not really done this before so it is... awkward."

Orion nods, "my hands are also smaller and i dont have claws so i just think i'll be able to grip them better."

[Namari]

Ren nods, " yes. i can get rid of the claws, but it takes effort, and i feel strange without them."

[MissyLooni]

Orion shakes his head, "I'd rather you not. I like your claws."

[Namari]

Ren blinks and chuckles, " it is temporary, as is most alterations to my person." he holds up a hand and the claws slowly retract into it, until the fingers are blunt like most humanoids.

Orions eyes widen, "woah! How did you do that?!"

[Namari]

Ren blinks slowly, " i am able to change my shape, to an extent. just as i can make them longer and sharper, and i can change my scales to be thicker. i have gills i can shift as well, they are normally hidden under my skin but when i swim i bring them out so i may breath water."

Orion blinks and hesitantly holds rens hand, "whoa. Thats so weird. None of Master's men or friends can do that."

Ren chuckles softly, " that is because they are not a basilisk." he lets the other inspect his hand.

[MissyLooni]

Orion smiles and looks up at ren, "its nice to hold yiur hand like this. But i dont mind your ckaws either."

[Namari]

Ren blinks and chuckles, " good, because it takes effort to keep them this way, and i like my claws." he relaxes and the clows slowly extend back out of his fingers, returning to normal.

Orion hums and lets rens hand go, "alright. Back to the game."

Ren nods and picks up his cards, starting to play again.
