She nods and hums softly, " maybe, this one?" she sets up a simulation that has a teacher as well as attackers. The teacher starts directing Orion through some defense moves."

Orions eyes widen and he looks at sally, "this ship can make simulations?"

[Namari]

Sally nods, " of course! we have lots of top tier equipment, training simulations are only one of many features. there are simulations in the workout rooms too, coaches for helping you exercise."

[MissyLooni]

Orion blinks, "how.... that must take up a lot of energy though..."

[Namari]

She giggles, " it's not that bad, and we have energy producing areas on the ship as well. we do get some special privileges due to our importance, and keeping our crew in peak condition is important as well."

Orion nods, "thats still incredible."

[Namari]

Sally nods, " now, did you want to do the simulation now or not silly?"

[MissyLooni]

Orions eyes widen and he blushes, "oh! Yeah! Sorry!"

Sally giggles softly and starts the simulation, the coach walking Orion through several defensive techniques to get out of bad situations and to disable opponents larger than himself.

Orion goes through the instructions that the coach gives him, doing pretty well.

Sally nods, watching from the controls. After a few simulations she shuts it off, " probably best to take a break. but if you wanna keep going i can show you how to work the control panel."

Orion pants slightly and nods, going over to the panel

She looks concerned as he pants, " well i'll show you quick, but you really ought to take a break." she shows him how to work it, going into different categories of simulations to show how they're set up and where we can see exactly what they are. " alright, now sit, please!" she goes over to a machine and punches in an order for a vitamin drink, grabbing the glass from the machine and taking it over to him, " here, this will help you stay hydrated and help you re-energize."

Orion takes it and frowns, sitting, feeling a little ashamed, "sorry.... i get tired easily since i'm... i'm used to not doing things..."

Sally blinks and tilts her head, " why are you sorry? it doesn;t bother me, i simply want you to be comfortable. building your stamina will be as simple as exercising more if you wish to. if you go to the workout room, i suggest trying the yoga simulation. it's superb for the mind and body, and while it seems easy it's surprisingly a very good workout. it's a nice easy way to start building your body up if you want."
